I was just there for a cup launch and there was people there waiting outside for hours. Two of their workers didn't wait outside but were the first one to get them. Crazy that Randalls or their management doesn't know how to keep their own employees in check.

Poor customer service in the butcher shop, the black male butcher told my spouse that it's not his job to cut / split chicken breast that she purchased. I thought that's what butchers are there for to provide good customer service. I called explained this to the meat department manager, Randall's can do better by hiring folks that want to work!

We visited the store for the first time because of the specials. Unfortunately we didn't qualify for the because we didn't have the app to access the coupons. Very disappointed and ultimately my fault. Otherwise it's a very nice clean store. Maybe we'll try again in the future.

Quick access to this local supermarket from the Silverlake neighborhood. Can avoid Broadway traffic and long lines which makes it worth it. They have a little bit of everything.

If you moved to Texas from California, HEB is good, but Randall's is just like a Safeway. Home away from home.

Poor selection, high prices. Meat department has been half empty for weeks. This store used to be so nice, but not anymore.
