I wish I can give 0 stars. We always come here and bring family as well but today we were just treated awful. I wanted a French tip overlay and was told they basically couldn't do it when I've had it before. Then my aunt picked a burgundy and instead of informing her they didn't have the color they put a bright red on her trying to act like she wouldn't notice. We will take our business elsewhere but its a shame and I wanted people to go elsewhere so they don't have to experience this

Great location. Nail techs are nice even though clients are rude. Their timing matches Walmart. Massage chairs available and they have a lot of options for nail colors

This is a clean place to have your nails and toes done. They are attentive and take care of customers in a timely manner. I prefer the women workers (they are more patient). This is my favorite place to go for nail care.

Christine is mean and very disrespectful! I have been getting serviced at this location for years, but only very recently started getting lashes out on by Christine. She guaranteed me that the lashes would stay on two weeks, but when I allowed her to put lashes on me, one of them came completely off within 1 day. I told her about it and she got really mad at me. In fact she talked very loudly to me and about me to the other workers. She confirmed that she did this. I asked her if she would fix the lash and she then lied and said she did not guarantee her work. That is untrue because she told me they would stay on for two weeks. I recorded her interaction with me and will be filing a better business bureau complaint. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this shop! They have no loyalty to their customers!

Do not use your debit card at this location: pay with cash only. Christy charged me an extra $5.00 dollars on my debit card, after I paid for my services and left a tip. That’s called STEALING!!!! This has happened to other clients and they just refuse to ever return for any services. I only use cash now. I wonder how many times Christy has done this to other clients. Check your STAFF!!!!

I took my 15 yr old here, to get her nails done for the first time a week ago per her birthday request... nails were not evenly the same length... and 3 days after she broke one nail and decided to bring her back to get it fixed yesterday and mind you I was in a tight schedule and the salon supposedly opens at 9am well we came a little bit before 8:30am so we did a little shopping while we waited and while checking out some items I saw that they'd have a few customers 10 minutes before 9 so I told my daughter to go see if they can fix her one nail and my daughter comes and says they'd said to wait till 9 and I'm looking like OK... 5 minutes before opening I see 4 more customers walking in the salon and the ladies immediately sitting and getting they nails done... so I told my daughter to wait there before more customers come now it's passed 9 am and I'd finished checking out my items so, I personally walked up to the salon and saw a lady who supposedly works there and says she was going to start working on my daughter's nail and told her to sit so I told my baby I was going to put the groceries in the car and come back, 5-10 minutes passed after putting our groceries in the car came back and see my baby still waiting for somebody to fix her nail whilst the one lady who was supposed to fix my baby's nail working on somebody else's nails and I used to get my nails done before, not from this place but I've never had issues like this before... now I've worked in customer care forever and I have 5 kids so I can deal with just about anything... but you don't do my baby like that we've got a serious problem... so I walked right in and told my baby to get up and we'll do business some place else... I had to do a whole lesson with my daughter about the importance of customer care especially what terrible customer care you should never deal with especially if you're the one paying them smh...If you ever decide to go someplace else to get your nails done go to HEB there's a nail salon right outside with such great customer care they fixed my baby's nail the moment we walked in and took 10 minutes with the same color and design and I was more than happy to give more than the cost of service received... don't ever deal with bad customer service especially with these salons with ladies speaking in their native language right when you walked in and shaking their head and or laughing definitely a sign that this is not a good place to be it is very unprofessional and bad mannerism when dealing with customers... there's plenty places to get your nails done this place is definitely not the best ones.

My daughter and I would come here for our mommy and me days. This past experience will probably make it our last experience here. My daughter got shellac nails on both her toes and nails. It was all over her fingers when she was done and the paint lifted right up as soon as her hands got wet. That wasn't the worst part. As my daughter got worked on I got a full set. The man who worked on my nails FELL ASLEEP TWICE while doing them! Literally fell asleep with a drill file in his hand! Who does that!!Services: Gel manicures
