I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this store due to the manager's unprofessional behavior. I came in to return an item and specifically asked for it to be processed using the correct receipt. Instead of assisting me properly, the manager was extremely rude from the beginning and outright refused to process the return as requested. When I tried to explain the situation, she became even more dismissive and ultimately refused to return the items at all - despite them being within the return policy.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to go to another register for help, the manager instructed the other associate to deny me service altogether. I've never been treated so disrespectfully in a retail setting. This kind of behavior from management is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire store. I hope upper management takes this seriously and provides training on both customer service and store policies.

I had a disappointing experience with the store manager, whose name I believe may be misspelled as Damoni. I found her behavior to be disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe that store managers should receive training in professionalism and effective management.
We are fortunate to live in a country with many job opportunities, and if someone is unhappy in their role, they have the option to seek a position that brings them more satisfaction. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience.

Never coming back . As soon as I came in in a happy mood first thing said. Can't have that drink ( coffee) where is the Hello welcome . I don't mind rules but please there is ways to approach. Let's be fair and catch everyone else whom I seen with drinks in store. Also, staff need a 😃 smile. If you aren't happy find another place. We all work ! I never look like am unhappy and miserable and if I am I hide it ! So unprofessional!

Went there to pick up purchases from Amazon at the automatic locker.
Ross personnel were very helpful to this old couple - we're not up to speed technically.

I just bought a 21 dollar perfume and I paid with a 100 dollar bill, the girl who helped me at the checkout asked me if I had change, I told her no, and I felt like she was upset and her face was upset, I think the store should have enough money to avoid these kinds of inconveniences, it was a girl with earrings in her mouth, light hair, please help her so that she has change at the cash register so that she can serve the customers well, because I felt pressured and because I urgently need the perfume I bought it, if not I would have left it there and left.
