Ordered on app and in store. Kid making order was spilling things and under serving. I've come here for years and never had someone give me half servings and spill my food on the counters... all the while talking to friends and ignoring me. I got both orders and was in horror when I got to my car and saw my online order was also half full and spilled in the container. I spent $40 for two messy empty wraps and a terrible experience. I'm not coming back here.Vegetarian options: They don't properly label protein options. Which is unfortunate for those needing diverse protein options.

The REVIEW before was the original review. But I wanted to add the following: After I posted the review below, Salsta contacted me, asked me to download the app, and offered to put points in my account for future use. WELL, I BELIEVED THEM, downloaded the app, set up an account, and NOTHING!!! No points were added. No rewards were issued. Instead I got another email saying the case was closed. How dare they!!! What's the point in replying to my candid review and making me believe they actually care? Ugh. What a major letdown.Original review:Love the salad and protein options. The salads are so good and plentiful. Yet the service could use some improvements. I don't understand why the employees at all the Salatas come across as unhappy and are lacking in customer service. They almost seem robotic. I have yet to meet a friendly employee at any Salata that makes me feel welcome.

I have been eating Salata for more than 5 years at least twice a week. This location is the most volatile in terms of service. One day the service is exceptional and the next day it is bad. Interesting thing, you know the employees that is offering great service and the ones offering bad service. Most of the employees are good but, my experience with the black employees has been bad and its always bad. So bad, I turn around and go to some other location if those employees are the only ones there. The black lady always offer me bad services. It just feels like some anger directed towards something or someone. My last and final visit was when one of the black ladies insulted me, telling i should go somewhere else. They dont want me either because I told her poor services would make customers not want to come here.

Employees are wonderful! But they don’t accept cash. Very disappointed! I’ll never come back.

The day manager lacks customer service skills—bordering rude. I won’t be returning to this Salata location.

What is going on with this business ⁉️They want to let us know afterwards that they are a cashless business‼️No Signs, No Notifications, No heads up before we order‼️Our US Currency states we are allowed to use this currency to cover a financial debt for products and services.Stay away from this business until they start accepting cash Currency again ‼️Not Recommended

First time. Wonderful experience. Staff was all young people (I'm a gen X). Super patient, helpful and friendly. This place is reminiscent of Mod, Freebirds or Bullritos as far as operational blue prints. Huge selection of fresh ingredients. Very tasty I would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: You can make it happen here, plenty of non-animal options.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids option.Parking: Strip mall style parking shared with multiple onsite stores.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't know why this is a question, since it's the law.Dietary restrictions: There is something for, date I say, everyone.

Omg, this is the 2nd time I've come to Salata. 1st time I chose pesto chicken (which is fabulous btw) this time I chose spicy chipotle chicken! It does have a lil' kick but it's definitely seasoned and yummy! Can't wait to come back!

Salata is my favorite place ever, but this location in specific, Pearland, sucks. They took over an hour for my food to be ready. I don't understand why... I got there and my food still wasn't ready.

Could've swore I left a review for Salata already. I eat here so often. I typically order through the app and pick my salad up from their designated pick up area. Ya know, typical introverted millennial style. The service is always great however. 9 times out of 10 they greet me with a friendly "hello" as I'm walking in. It's always very clean and bright inside this Salata.I basically see this as the suburban Sweet Green and I'm so thankful for it. They have so many great options for someone who isn't the biggest fan of bread or sugar and loves fresh veggies. If you do want some bread, their croissants are delicious. They used to have this white bean soup that was SO good as well. For my drink. I LOVE their cinnamon plum tea and they have several tea, lemon and limeade options.

This location needs to work on basic customer service. Everytime I come here I feel rushed to order ! Give me time to think… Also, I asked for extra croutons and the middle age Mexican gentleman behind the counter decided to argue me down about the fact I already had enough.

Salad was fresh and very tasty. The interior design of the restaurant seems to be optimized to enable the cleaning of the store, but makes the interior very loud.

It's pricy and it's a great salad with many topping choices but what is the point of mobile ordering if it's not ready when you get there? I would have gotten a refund but the employee lied to my face and told me they already started making it.
