Brandi, Josephine, the manager with the curly hair, and the other lady who is tall with hexagon glasses are such a big help every time I come here! I highly recommend this location for its amazing staff, deals, and products!

The management here and staff are COMPLETELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SKILLS. Incompetent and rude best describes it here. They do not know how to do simple work functions such as checking out a customer at the register. Highly DO NOT recommend this particular location.

Fast Delivery. I paid for 2 hr delivery and they came before that time! All my purchased products were accounted for in a nice brown bag and my order form attached. Very helpful staff, I called to make sure i was ordering the color I purchased last. She looked up my account and it was that simple. Thank you Pearland Sallys!

I came on here to post about how rude the staff was and already saw that I'm not the only one who thinks that way. No need to warn anyone about this store looks like enough people are doing that already...won't be back ever again!

I visited this Store for the first time. I walked in and the two associates were talking at the entrence of the the Store. I asked them were I could find the razors. The razors are all locked and I needed assistance. I walked back up the the front of the store and told them that the razors were locked and I could not look at them . I told them I needed help. One of the associates said all you had to do is ask. As a customer I felt that I shouldn't have to walk back to the front of the store for help. I was the only customer in the store. During the time I was looking they did not bother asking me if I needed help . They were talking away. The associate then walked back with me I asked my question . Unfortunately the options they had did not work for me.

Manager was rude. I had too look for a coupon on my email because I have 2 sally accounts one professional and the one I opened when I was studying and there was a lady that was behind me it was going to take me around 10 min to look in my phone and the girl was so rude she didn’t want to close what I had in the register for me to not stop the line and they treated me like a liar and the manager stood and starred no customer service the lady behind me was surprised of how awful this people were! I paid my items full price because I didn’t wanted to leave the lady waiting! The girl with the yellow hair and the manager of this store should be shown a bit of customer service skills!

Amazing staff! I visit here at least twice a month and customer service is always stellar. From the Store Manager to the floor associates they’re ALWAYS on point. I was visiting the other day and there was a not so nice customer. The store associate was polite and cool as a cucumber. I stayed around to make sure she was safe as the lady waited in her car then returned to chew her out more. I don’t remember the associates name however she delivered amazing customer service under difficult circumstances. I will be visiting the store to inform the Store manager on a job well done on the associates end.

Store manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. Does not honor the return policy and even suggested store associates put the phone on speaker (after they called her for clarification) so she could continue to yell at both staff and myself. Told me “she was off the clock” so she shouldn’t be talking to me anyway. Sally’s if this is the best you have for store representation, you might as well begin to count your days. Sad.Update: Customer service called and advised me that I should have been allowed to return my item in store and that store employees are misinterpreting the policy. The policy is clear for me so I don’t see how this happened. The manager is simply doing her own thing by enforcing her own rules while being nasty and rude to customers. Based off of the other reviews, this behavior is common at this location. I got my money back, and the sales associate (Brandy, I believe) that declined to the transaction last night hid in the back when I arrived. She didn’t want to face me after smirking and laughing about the whole ordeal on last night. I got my money back, but I most certainly won’t be returning to this location.

Store Manager Emma is extremely rude. While I completely understand their policy of not accepting returns from the Missouri City store, she was extremely rude. Nothing I did or said warranted her rudeness. Very poor attitude.

I recently patronized Sally’s on Broadway Street in Pearland and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite selection and the impeccable service. The store showcased a variety of great products. The attentive and knowledgeable customer service representative Ms. Alicia ensured that my experience was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring my satisfaction with my purchase. I can’t recommend Alicia enough for a fantastic shopping experience. She’s Awesome!
