My recent experience with the Salvation Army was extremely disappointing. I had arranged for a pickup of several pieces of brand-new furniture to donate. When the team arrived, I noticed inaccuracies on the receipt and asked for them to be corrected. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager, Traci, instructed the team to unload everything (in the rain), refuse the donation, and return on a different day.
I explained that I travel frequently for work and would only be available on one other day in the near future. Traci assured me that the new date was booked. However, when I followed up—thankfully—I discovered that no such rescheduling had taken place.
Because of this mismanagement and lack of accountability, I was left with no option but to dispose of the furniture—items that could have gone to people in need.
If your donation involves coordination with this location and Traci specifically, I would strongly advise caution. Her actions reflect a disregard for the mission of the organization and placed unnecessary strain on both staff and donors.

Really great selection of used furniture and decor. I really didn't look at the clothes, but the place was very well organized and clean. Will definitely go again.

Literally incredible! Almost didn’t go in but I’m so glad we did! Everything was incredible: the people, the manager Beau, the cleanliness, the organization…everything! On top of that they have specials all the time and the prices were good too! 10/10! I wish I could review this store 1000 times! Go and you won’t be disappointed! Also got a beautiful new couch at a good price that looked and smelt good! So excited we stopped in!

Pretty much furnished my daughter’s first apartment for under $500 with the cutest cottage core pieces. Beau and Felix were outstanding and so helpful. We’ll be back Saturday to see what furniture they have for 50% off!

Turned the lights off on customers at 5:55 and we’re giving attitude whole time. If you do not close until 6 then why turn the lights off on paying customers

The Salvation Army is a bigoted organization. Help out one of the other thrift shops if you can.

Something new to see every visit you make. Probably my favorite for vintage crystal glassware, China, occasionally home stitched quilts and love their book section!

If I could give zero stars I would, it's insane how high the prices are for things donated and used. Shirts from Walmart with holes cost 7.99, shoes that are in bad shape for 19.99. I just can't make sense of this. People who are low income come here to shop, but now can't even afford the prices. What a shame, I saw dollar tree platters for 10 dollars!!!! This company is worse than goodwill, jacking up prices while people are just trying to survive this economy. Will never step foot in here again!

Holy prices Batman! I had seen reviews talking about the outrageous furniture prices and thought, "How much could they really be?" So when we were in the market for a dresser for our child's room, I stopped in. I could not even believe how much they were... think $200-300 for a USED, DINGED UP, SCRATCHED, (missing hardware in some instances). Occasionally there was a "50% off" tag on items but they still ended up being like $150. For this cost, I will be going to Homegoods and buying a NEW dresser. The only thing I could think of is that many people like to buy cheap furniture and paint it and sell it for $$$ and this would discourage that... but it also would discourage low income families to purchase furniture. But... on my way out, I checked out the clothing prices and these were just as insane. $8.99 for USED shirts. One was literally a plain Gildan T-shirt with an "S" ironed on it... $9. WHAT IN THE WHAT?? The pricing is CRAZY. Don't low income families shop at thrift stores? How can they afford it here?!?! I will NOT be back. Isn't this place running off DONATIONS. It seems criminal to be selling items they got for free for so much.
