I have never had a more pleasant experience with a pharmacy! My doctor sent in my script around 4:50, mind you she closes at 5:00 and as soon as I left the doctors office and she calls to let me know she could have this ready for me now and I’m actually like 15ish minutes from her business. I told her I was on the way, she was there past her business hours, curbsided my prescription, and was so thorough in explaining my medication!

Script Source is an amazing Pharmacy. If you are looking for a Pharmacy that gives that old time customper service this is the pharmacy to use. My medication is alway on time and the Pharmacist Monique is available to answer my questions. Customer Service is their BUSINESS!!!

There are a SELECT CERTAIN FEW people that when you meet them, you know that all they have is your best interest in mind. Mrs. Monique has went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND what is required of her job. Script Source Pharmacy is more than just a job, a business, or a way to make money for Mrs. Monique. She touches so many lives in so many ways. Script Source Pharmacy is hands down the greatest business I have had the privilege of working with. Thank you for all that you do Mrs. Monique!

Monique is passionate and professional. I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. Every time I drop off my prescription, it is ready in for pick up in under 15 mins. My visits are pleasant, smooth, and stress free at Script Source Pharmacy. I highly recommend this business for all of your pharmaceutical needs.

Monique and her team helped me through the journey of helping my newborn daughter, when she suffering from acid reflux. Monique supplied my daughter with a compound for about a year, until my daughter had developed enough to be weened off. Script Source consistently offered excellent customer service.

I was really impressed the service Monique provided. This is the first time I got my prescription from this store. When Monique knew I never use the prescription, she made lot of effort to explain to me and make sure I could use it correctly. In addition to the excellent service, the cost of the prescription was lower than the brand name pharmacy.

I've called about 10 pharmacies in the area in the last 24 hours, asking about whether they are able to dispense a medication that requires certification in a national registry, for my son who is coming home from the hospital, with little to no luck. Facing a weekly 1 hour return trip drive to get to the closest pharmacy that could help us, we called Script Source to see if they could help. Monique was out of the office at the time we called and one of her staff said she would call us back. She did extremely quickly! She spent time on the phone and took all of our information to see if she could dispense the medication. In the process, she realized she needed to take further steps to reactivate her certification for this medication. She provided a number where I could reach her directly if we had urgent questions. I received a message later that afternoon stating she had updated all of her certifications so that she could dispense the medications when our son was discharged. All this for someone who isn't even an official client yet! My son hasn't discharged yet, but I can already say that I would highly recommend contacting Monique and the Script Source Pharmacy. When you are dealing with critical medications, having someone who cares so much about patient health and goes above and beyond in their day to take care of things like this can really make a difference.

I had a job interview there for a customer service position. As soon I walked in she was training the candidate and interviewing other interview candidate. They both went in her office and closed the door. The other interview candidate came out smiling. When the owner called me in the back for an interview, she was nonchalant. She glance over my resume and said some shady comments. She stated she needed someone to compound the medications but stated on Indeed she was looking for customer service. I advised her I was a certified Pharmacy Technician. I've compounded medications before but I did mostly prior authorizations, test claims, & step therapy. She didn't even give me a chance, she also rush the interview. However good luck to the lady who got the position at least she got a full interview, training & a job

Between the professionalism and the individual personal interest they take with their customers I have grown to absolutely love pharmacy. The choices of delivery or mail to receive my prescriptions just add to the reasons I gave Script Source 5 stars.
