Troy Troy Troy!!!!
My initial experience was not the best, but we won’t dwell on that! Once I expressed the not so pleasant time that I had with the weekend employee, Troy was able to turn that experience all around!
The day I came in to meet with Troy and actually do an exchange of product he was not expecting me. Let me tell you how every single person who walked through the door got the warmest greeting and was addressed and told that they would be assisted as soon as possible! Troy’s impeccable customer service was sooooo appreciated and should be the model/standard for the company! I have not received such good customer service from a company is such a long time it almost felt foreign!
I would absolutely frequent this location again and have told several others of my experience and how good of a job he did at color matching my existing paint color from when I built my home about 8 years ago! It was a perfect match and I even went back a couple of weeks later to get more paint for my outdoor shutters and had just as good of an experience as the last time!!!!

Troy was phenomenal! 4 mins before closing, my dad sent me to exchange paint 😒. I felt bad, as I HATE coming to establishments when they are about to close. We are all ready to be home! Lol Troy made me feel very comfortable and was very inviting! My preferred paint location everytime!

First time visiting this store. There were 3 people before me and it took 30 minutes until they helped me. What bad customer service. They should hire staff who love their jobs.

The sales associate Kevin was extremely informative and knowledgeable. We came in expecting to get half a gallon. Kevin informed us that they only sold quarts and gallons. With the estimated measurements, he recommended us to get a gallon to ensure we have enough paint and prevent multiple stops to Sherwin Williams. Surely enough, we used exactly one gallon with 2-3 coats of paint! 10/10 would come back for our future home renovations!

Had paint matched at Home Depot. It didn't match. Went to Sherwin Williams & the match they did was identical. Service is slow but there was only one person working.

We got here a little after they opened. There were two employees working and one was already helping another customer. There was no wait time.We needed five gallons of a paint previously ordered by another contractor. They were able to source the same color and make it for us within 15 minutes. We paid and after the paint was done mixing it was loaded onto a dolly and an employee wheeled it out to our car for us.The store was clean and the employees were really helpful. I only wish the coffee machine was working because I’m not a morning person and I could have definitely used it!
