“My husband and I are from out of town (NJ) with a desperate need to burn some DVDs for a presentation. I have been working with Shelly for almost two hours as it’s been very difficult due to the size of the file. She even offered to stay an hour past closing to finish our job but thankfully we figured out the problem and we’re copying DVDs as I write this review! Shelly is fantastic! She was sooo patient, kind, persistent to find the answer we needed! I would encourage her owners to give her a bonus or a raise! :) Actually, all the staff here are fantastic! You won’t go wrong bringing your work here! They really do care!”
“This shipping center is right by my house, but I did not realize they did not package items. The clerk was so helpful in getting the right packing materials so I could do it myself and not have to go somewhere else. She was friendly, even though she was busy and the only one out front.”
