New in town, new to Sports Clip, and It was not a great experience. My hairdresser was super cool but that’s about it. I was told that on that day if you got the VIP. everything was double length, like the the wash and massage. well, it was not, it was just less than a normal wash/massage. the stylist could not “read hair” and i’ve always had it slightly longer at the back, she was about to shave it off and i told her and she thanked me; telling me she was about to use the clippers to get rid of it…then when i left i heard her ask a stylist walking past, what about this? to which the stylist responded “just leave it”. I again should have known when she didn’t show me the back. it was most probably the worst cut i’ve had.

Jenn was absolutely AMAZING! Great stylist and has a good personality. However, the other staff will NEVER greet you when you come in!

Ritz barber lounge is only 3 minutes down the road towards Friendswood… a hidden gem! I suggest you try them out for a better haircut and experience. You won’t regret it.

Just left the Pearland sports clip, and my son's hair is horrible. He asked for a 3 on top. She cut it the length he wanted, and he said yes I like that. Then, when she was done with the sides, She cut the top again and went from a great length to a buzz cut a size one or less. She cut a small chunk out of one spot. He was in tears when we got in the car. I asked why he didn't say anything, and he said I did she just wouldn't listen. I will never use them again, and I would advise anyone else who wants more than a buzz cut to not use them either.
Stylist: My son thinks her name was Rochelle. I would not use her if you chose to go but I would not go to them at all. After the horrible cut she then watched as I was trying to pay watching everything I was entering. Not accteble!

Got my haircut today by Denise. My haircut is always perfect. Denise is great at what she does and such an amazing person too. Go check her out you won’t be disappointed.

Today (9/26/2023) I went to the Sports Clips location at 518 and Dixie Farm Road (HOPE) I came in to get my hair cut, as soon as I sat down, I told her I wanted a hard part which I don't normally do so it won't be in the notes. She then parted my hair down the middle of my head, and I asked her if we could part it lower, she then got an attitude with me. She then parted it lower, but it wasn't to my liking, and I asked if it could be lowered more. Then she had more of an attitude because of me addressing this and she threw her hands in the air. After she threw her hands up, I then knew it was time to leave. I told them I was leaving; the other worker chimed in and said you don't have enough hair for it to be parted that way. At this point I'm offended and the comment from someone who is not in this situation is uncalled for and rude. I'm just ready to leave. As i made my way to the front door with my hand on the door to open it she put her hand on the door and as i opened the door it threw her hand up as I was opening it. She then said I assaulted her. & called the cops. She should have never even followed me to the door. After I am out of the building the other lady threatens me. Denise said someone grab my clippers in case I need to cut somebody. EXCUSE ME!!!! You are threatening me all because I want to leave! She had an attitude with me from the time I sat down in the chair. I was in the chair for maybe 2 min when I decided to leave. She should have never come anywhere near me as I didn't even get my haircut and no services were exchanged. If a customer wants to leave if they feel uncomfortable then they should have every right to do so without being harassed. They called the cops on me and now I have to go to court all because I did not want to get my haircut & I felt uncomfortable, and they harassed me because of it. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I am a customer at the end of the day and what your staff did to me and how they acted and tried to turn it around on me is utterly ridiculous.I have been to this location several times and have not had a problem.

The last two times I went, today included, they, she rather, Rebecca this time, didn't follow directions at all. 2 on top, 1 on sides and back. Was completely shaven. Showing my brain surgery scar to the world, as can be seen now in the photo. Very disrespectful. Same as the lady before her. Never visiting again. Leaving bad reviews anywhere I can find in the online world I live and program in.Edit: Was told I would be refunded. I certainly respect them for that. But have not yet, only a couple days so far. If it reaches 5 days they're open, will indeed contact BBB. If refunded as told, will certainly not give them anymore trouble, and respect them for cairing about their customers.Update:Still not refunded. 1 day left until it's been 5 days. If not refunded as I was told, BBB going to be contacted.Refunded:Was indeed refunded today as the young lady told me she would. Not leaving as bad a review or complaining to BBB and raising stars.

Absolutely do not recommend this store including the stylist named Rebecca she will absolutely butcher your hairShe will leave it in shambles with: uneven cut/slopes linesAnd even charge your card twiceDo not step within 10 feet of her if she has a pair of clippers in her hand!!Service: Hairstyling
