They advertise free neck trims all over their store however they do not follow their own offers. I went in for a free neck trim which I get time to time after going to this location for close to 2 years.
I was told today that the manager of the location now forbids the staff from doing free tapered trims between cuts. The barber stated that this was due to the location managers guidance and then sided with me that she was confused and has other customers who are disappointed by this.
I am attaching a picture of the exact signage all over their store, you tell me what you see.

This was my first time going to this location and I don't remember my Barbers name but she was great.i did sit in chair no. 2. I can't wait to go back. She took care of me. She was so nice and attentative.

Customer service, I went there couple of times I always feel unwelcome. Now,they left me in the waiting area alone for 10 minutes and they went to the back for a meeting, very careless staff and Manager.

Worst experience here ever. Iâve been going here with my son for years now. Took my son to get his hair cut on 8/26/23 and Maddison was awful to both of us. She wouldnât let me be with my 4 year old while he got his hair cut and was very rude to both my and my son. Maybe she gets nervous when someone watches her cut hair or maybe she just doesnât like kids. I donât know what her problem is but why in the world would you be mean to a little kid for no reason.Service: Kids' cuts
