Went for a pedicure. Had a lady upset that I received the menu and had water filling my pedicure tub before hers although she had an appointment. Had nothing to do with me but she proceeded to keep asking me if I had an appointment which I ignored because that was none of her business and she felt she should have been receiving services before me. And although she was verbally rude to the staff they managed to cater to her. I went for a full set, eyebrow wax, and shellac pedicure. I will say they got me right in for the pedicure portion in which I’m glad the other services would have taken much longer as I had to leave by a certain time. A basic shellac pedicure cost $48. $28 for the pedicure and $20 for shellac. Ridiculous, seeing how the work was less than mediocre and you charged me that much more just for the type of polish and light to dry it. I cheated on my normal place because I didn’t feel like driving 30 minutes away. In which they charge less for a shellac pedicure with the works and you can receive any type of beverage of your choice for $15 less than this place. And they do an amazing job. Never again! Not to mention the other lady that was being rude was offered a beverage but I wasn’t. No worries. I will take my business elsewhere. I hope this is a learning lesson for the staff.

I have been here severally times with my mother in the past. I came in the day before to schedule and appointment for the next day at 4:30. I got off early and made it I. At 3:37. They told me they could start on my services. I was placed in a massage chair immediately and my pedicure was completed at 4:10. They informed me that they were short staffed and would be with me once the other tech finished her current client. I watched as that tech took another walk in, and then 2 others ladies come in at which time they each had 2 techs servicing them each. At 5 pm I was told that one of the other ladies had an appointment that was and “emergency “ and it would be 45 minutes before they could start my manicure. I paid for my pedicure and left. I will never be back. They only got 2 stars as the tech that did my pedicure was very apologetic on behalf of how I was treated.

You guys I came here around Christmas time. But I felt like I was over charged for my services or other shops are very generous. Apparently a short full nail set with shellac and a deluxe pedicure is $118 . Please beware.

Went in for a fill and pedicure they did my pedicure then ignored me and let 6 people go in front of me. When I asked what's going on they wanted their money and that was it. Needless to say I left with broken nails had to find a different salon to take care of me. I give them zero stars, never again. Hood salon.

Hey.....this was a GREAT way to spend the day to just relax and vibe Oh....and these ladies did their thing.....nice conversation.....they were kind and sweet....AND they did one heck of a job with out nails!! ? Take into account the affordable prices ....you just can't beat it Who wore it better ??

Decided to beat the rush & be @ door when they open @ 9a. I get there & only 3 techs available, 1 customer in the chair getting mani/pedi & 2 ahead of me waiting. So I was told it’ll be 20mins. I waited 30 & left after no service rendered.They are non concerned with their time. It’s convenient because they are 5 minutes from my house but service has dropped since Michelle left. If I’m spending my money the least they could do is extend great customer service. You advise them what service you want..they ALWAYS want to add more. I said what I said!

Pricey ?. I should have just waited and gone to my lady. The HAWT towels, oils, lotions, and rub help forget the price. Until it was time to pay.??
