Had to get a unit to store a bunch of my work stuff....man I love this place they make it so easy it's a very easy and pleasant experience dealing with public storage rather then the mom and pop one I use to use

Oh my god she’s the best!!! I don’t know her name but she short she can out to try to help me with my jam door someone hit my storage door and I could not get in my daughter was so upset I was upset, but she handled it with great customer service. The police came out, made a report. I was trying to move my stuff out to not get charged. She closed out my account for me and still allowed me to come back to get my items and understood the situation and that the person could not make it to open The door person would have not made it for another hour and I had to get to work thank you thank you thank you thank you you are a great person. Great location!!!!! I wish I knew her name but she is very short and nice .. thank u again !!!

nobody ever answers the phone. i recently rented a space and the movers came and somebody else stuff was in my unit !!! there was no lock for me to lock my belongings. i am livid !
update : manager called and apologized about the inconvenience and offered a credit. Haven’t had any issues since .

Property manager amber had the best customer service I have ever had she went above and beyond the normal service that I have had in the past I would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to rent a storage unit she deserves a raise

Amber at the 5710 Broadway St. location has been the BEST experience ever! She goes well above and beyond her job description and if it was not for her and her alone, I would not be renting a unit from a public Storage! She has made my experience very seamless and easy!
