Furniture is overpriced and cheaply made. Was looking to buy a white shaggy accent chair for my niece. They had one priced at like $250 + tax. Got them down to $200. Looked nice from what they showed me online guaranteed it was sturdy and great quality. Wanted to charge me a delivery fee. HA! For one chair? Um no. Anywho got the chair and it looks so cheap and the material is underwhelming.. I then go on Walmarts website and the same chair is there for $130. You got me supernova! $70+ price diff.

Horrible service. Ordered a $700 comforter set. It was suppose to come in within a week. It never came in. I keep getting the run around. Being told lie after lie about when the comforter will come in. I wouldn't recommend SuperNova Furniture to anybody. The salesman avoids me and when he does talk to me it's a lie. He called me day before yesterday and said they were gonna personally deliver the comforter on yesterday. Of course you know that never happened. When I called today, he said I need to talk to somebody else after 1:00 pm. They get your money and no transparency on when the items will be delivered. It's all to get your money. Need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission .

Gilbert was amazing. I got beautiful furniture. He spent alot of time with me to carefully choose each item. I got 2 bedroom sets, a vanity, a whole living room set with tables and tv stand. I highly recommend this place and come see gilbert he will make sure everything is right!

This store are scammers . They sell cheap quality furniture and they steal your money . Im still waiting for my $100 they stole from me. I will not recommend they give you the run arounds. Katy Location

Disappointed my mom got a couch here and they give her the display not only that the color is fading, she keeps calling them they gives her excuses that the owner is not there might as well go back return everything this is is unbelievable !!

I went with my sister to look for something to add my living room. Nothing too specific. We were instantly asked our age. Which is off putting then asked what I was doing and if I was just passing time. I replied, "just passing time, didn't really have anything in mind." She told me to leave if I wasn't getting anything. I just decided to leave at that point. Very rude and extremely uncomfortable experience.

Sunday 12-18-22 my wife and I went to the SuperNova location at 10000 Northwest Freeway, Houston, Tx.When we arrived we had to drive around the building to find the ADA (handicap) entrance on the south side of the building, because I'm wheelchair bound. we located the ramp and my wife checked the door to see if it was open as it's down the southside of the building about 100yards from the main front door entrance. We determined the door was locked and called the main number for SuperNova on their website where a lady answered and ask if we were still at the door that they keep it locked for safety to stay by the door and they would have someone come open it, WE LEFT.My question is if the door is locked for their safety then why would I want to subject my wife, me self and our unattended car 100 yards away from any help to shop at their store. We left went to a competitor, parked in easy access ADA (handicap) approved parking space at the front door and purchased our furniture in safety. SuperNova's lose!!When employee safety comes at the risk of customer safety, maybe your in the wrong business.

Big liers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM They told me 5-7 days . It's been almost 1 month. Then I called the store tell me my dining is missing chairs to go to the store to pick a different one. Which I don't like any but they are forcing to choose one anyways . I tell them no and to go ahead and cancel my order. Yesterday they call and said my dining is complete and they will deliver so I'm at home waiting all day. They get here 2 hrs later and still my dining is missing chairs. I call the store to speak to frank and he is been very unprofessional and says to do whatever when I tell him to cancel my order. Because I refuse to wait more.
