Everyone was very helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands. Sometimes you go to places and it feels like you’re being judged for who knows what, but everyone was nice and explained everything.

Guy who worked on my car was new and did the best he could but his coworker would not come out and help him to turn off the signals off my car and he was very rude would not go back to the Pearland location

This guy was very unprofessional. He had an attitude while I was pulling up in the garage. I gave him directions on a piece of paper so I don't have to talk over my ESA Chihuahua that barks at times. He told me; ' I should never have brought him' I responded excuse me? Then he replied; 'I didn't stutter'. So I left and went to a different location.

I was traveling on the road that day. So he told me I shouldn't have brought him. I respond, excuse me? He said,'I didn't stutter', so I left piss.

Like a bunch of kids playing outside and the boss was in the middle of it all. Went in for a 10 minute inspection. Took nearly 25 minutes from start to stop. I would definitely not recommend this place period.

They so busy talking to each other that it makes it seem like they doing you a favor. They drained the oil did not replace the filter added the new oil, then proceeded to replace the oil filter and have oil spilled all inside my engine bay. They didn’t even bother to clean up the mess. They made disappointed 100%. Take your car somewhere else.

3291 Broadway, Pearland Tx was my go to location for my last vehicle, but seems like the service has changed in a horrible way. When I pulled in two of the guys were bothering the tech to leave early and were told no. The guy tells me my only option was to get the advanced oil change for $120 and I told them that my last vehicle took the same oil and I did not pay that price. The guy under the hood tells him that if a customer wants a different oil to give it to them, but they are not responsible. The guy ringing up my order then tells me they have the synthetic oil for cheaper. This was the first oil change since I got the car so I knew it would need an air filter, they suggested it and I agreed. My wiper blades are NOT okay, but they did not check them as stated on my receipt. They also did NOT clean my windshield as stated on my receipt. My tires were not checked at all. Simple things that could have been done when four techs were present and I was their only vehicle.When given my receipt I was given another paper to sign, and was told this is something new when a customer refuses the oil that the vehicle takes. I never refused the oil, just the highest priced oil change. My receipt even states that I received synthetic blend so it doesn’t make sense. From here on out I will choose a different location because these techs do not give the same customer service as the previous techs.

I went to get my State Inspection completed so I can get my Registration done, I was in and out in like 10 mins. I like that I can just drive my vehicle and chill.
All the dudes were professional and handled the job. I didnt get any oil changes or anything but The Inspection process is easy and quick.
