Went there today to look for a pair of shorts. Awful selection and the restroom was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper, urine and feces all over the toilet seats. 🤮

Customer service is horrible. You cant call and get through to anyone. I just wanted to get a ps5 and games. They make it so hard to spend money here. I dropped over $800 somewhere else. What a waste of 2 hours i cant get back. This was a couple of days ago recent, not today. Of all places I went to Walmart and I received waaaaaaay better service, which was a little of a surprise to me.

By far one of the best store pickup apps and pickup experience. Other retailers with pick up options cannot currently compete as it relates to the quick readiness of ordering and pickup for Target, all the way to the pickup itself wait experience itself. Highly recommend, especially for last minute items, or items you forgot and need quickly.

This target has what are fruit flies or gnats everywhere in the store. Ive seen them all up in there every-time for the last couple of weeks. It feel filthy in there tbh. As someone who used to work at a Target in Houston, I KNOW the people at this location arent doing their job.

Every time I come to this target, I wind up having to leave and go to the one on the beltway and pearland parkway. Today I am tired of this. I need a new wireless headphone, so I came after work. The ones I want is in the case. I asked an associate can she open the case, she calls for someone on the radio. 30 minutes later, no one shows up and the associate watches my frustration (it seems as if she thought it was funny). I finally leave. This time, I will not go to the other target. I am writing this review for the poorest, most ghetto, and unprofessional workers. I will never spend my money at any target again. I am going to close my card etc. Its already a pricier establishment and now poor customer service is in the mix. If you have to go to target in the area, avoid this one

2nd time in a month coming in and feeling like I’m being stalked by the employees. I can see and feel them walking pass and by me however no one has ever offered to provide any assistance. As I proceed to checkout lanes m each time I have observed 3-4 male employees near the exits all with desk that the flowers sit on positioned in a way to block someone from running out the store. As I check out I observed each one of the men position desk back to normal. This is borderline harassment and if you guys are that paranoid for black people stealing maybe you should implement you DEI policies back in place, however I will be taking this matter up with pearland camber of commerce and city council because no one should ever have to feel this way while patronizing a business.

You know I have been going to target for years now but this target is the most efficient I want to point out two outstanding workers that are fast and very organized which are Charmaine, and Nya I love there demeanor and there kindness also there outstanding assertiveness both are great workers that deserve raises.

Customer service zero out of zero the store is very disorganized and disgusting. The fitting room closed at seven, which makes no sense. There is no sign. How are we as a customer supposed to try clothes on going to the bathroom?

First and last time ordering from this location! The associate gave me 6/15 items. I’ve been calling and calling. I’ve called each department. No one answers the phone. Terrible!!!!!!!!

It's the closest Target from my house, I love shopping at Target but this one seems to always be empty... There is minimum products around each aisle. The restrooms are HORRENDOUS they stink badly and half of them don't even have toilet paper.
