Well, it's a Target. Debatable if it's a good one. The selection of items is significantly less than other Super Targets, habitually under stocked, and under staffed. Check your receipts as the price can be incorrect frequently. I do believe this Target has potential but lack of variety and organization are huge limitations.

Please train your cashiers for knowledge using Target App and customer service. I have never had a cashier talk back and be rude. Shame on you! I needed a little help. Kindness goes a long way when your working with public.

If there is a Target near by I've likely been to it! Yeah, I admit I may have a Target addiction. Which is why I need to remember to review locations I've shopped at. Bare with me yelpers! This Target is located in a shopping center (Pearland Shopping Center). Usually pretty busy, but they provide plenty of parking. It was hair wash day in my household a few days ago and I've been wanting to try Tabitha Brown's Donna's Recipe products (Love her!). I've previously purchased some of Tabitha's other products and was pleased. Honey, Aunty Tab (in my head) can have all my money. I knew this would be no different! Side bar: I'm so glad to see that Target supports a VARIETY of companies that offer quality hair care products for women of color. To start, I love the packaging of the product. The shampoo lather was great and it smelled amazing! My daughter's hair felt so soft. It also put me at ease knowing I was also using safe (100% vegan) products in her hair. The store aisles were organized and clean. The only reason this store is getting 3 stars is because the clothing section could use some TLC by offering more inventory. They are usually out of a lot of items or sizes (adults and kids).

This is the worst Target, drive to a different location. Items are picked over, way too crowded, and they only have 3 regular check out lanes open, plus the self check out. I guess they want ppl to use self checkout but they had one guy working there that wasn't helping at all, just pushing carts around and blocking the actual checkout areas. He should be directing ppl to open lanes, but nope. If you dont want to manage the self checkout area, then open one of your other 30 checkout lanes!!! What's the point of having all of those? If you don't want them, remove them and make more self checkouts. Bathrooms are also gross.

I am surprised I haven't reviewed this Target yet as I have visited this Target countless times over the years. We have had ok experiences in the past, both in store and ordering online for pickup. We haven't had much interaction with employees, despite our numerous visits. Items needed have been out of stock about 50% of the time... even if online they'll say they're in stock.Prices are ok. I check their app for deals before heading to the store. I have saved SO MUCH $$ by using their deals. (Buying Christmas gifts in the middle of the summer to save 50% on certain toys including $200 Rainbow High dollhouses for $100!)On our visit today, my husband was approached by 2 separate people asking him for money. Unfortunately, this made us extremely uncomfortable.

I frequent many Target locations for their drive up. I have a newborn and if an item is out of stock at this location, I will drive to a further location for something that I need. This location is the worst when it comes to the drive up. I live ten minutes away and I will notify the app that I'm on my way to only have to wait 20 minutes for one freaking item. What's the point of notifying you that I'm on the way, if you never have my stuff out there upon arrival? I understand that you're busy, but I literally will see someone receiving their items and arriving after me. I can't imagine how this location survives during the holidays!

This is a good Target! They always have my Drive-Up orders ready within 2hours and the employees at customer service and in the self checkout are always helpful!

Every one is always hyping this place up so I decided to see what's all the hype was about. The best thing I got from here was the Starbucks drink from the In store Starbucks. Other than that I still don't get the crazy hype. They didn't even have a good labor day sale

One of the worst Target stores. Nothing is ever in stock here. Inventory on the app is never the least bit accurate. It always takes 15+ minutes to receive a drive up-order that should have been ready hours prior. Today I waited over 40 minutes for my drive-up order to be brought out to me. It was not just me either, there were several other people in their cars parked in pick up spots who waited just as long if not longer. While in the car, I called customer service and was told that my feedback would documented and that someone from store management "may" get back to me. It's clear from other reviews that statement is a lie. Which means this store does not care at all and why this type of issue continues to occur. Might as well go to one of the local Walmart stores. They never seem to have curbside pickup issues and the customer service is better than the declining customer service at this Target.

I'm contacting corporate and filing a complaint because no one wants to answer the phones or their mydevices. When they do answer the phone. They put you on hild and them hang up! Then when you try and call back no one answers. I done trying to resolve this with them. I'm contacting corporate. I just left this target for what was supposed to be a drive up order. My husband and I parked in 04 I believe and checked in on the app. The young girl for my pick up was standing right there. She was short, long blondish highlighted hair thag went to about her waist and she looked hispanic. Our order was sitting at the bottom of the 2 tier basket she was using. We noticed she had a bad attitude and look on her face when we drove up. She approached our vehicle and we showed her our pick up number, she got on her walkie and said something and proceeded to walk away back into the store. She told us nothing about what she was doing or why she was going back into the store, she just walked off with the worst attitude. It's over 100 degrees outside, even with the AC on, it's hot when the sun is beaming on you. So we got out of our car after a couple of minutes and walked inside. I went to guest services and there was one young girl helping another guest and then us. One tall young lady walked out from the back and asked us if we needed help. I told her we were outside waiting for our order, which we saw on the girls basket, and she took our number and then walked off after giving someone else their order. She proceeded to apologize and said she will get our order. She came back and said the girl was bringing it back in, the one that had an attitude. So the nice girl at guest services asked if we'd like a basket to take it out, I asked if she could have someone take it out for us. I mean, after all we chose a drive up order for a reason and my husband has a broken hip from when he was a police officer and I didn't want him doing it. He got frustrated with the horrible attitude from the first short hispanic girl and just grabbed it and took it out himself. So the guest service girl, the tall one with black hair pulled back in a pony tail or bun, she stated that the hispanic girl doing the pick up orders stated WE WEREN'T IN OUR CAR WHEN SHE WALLED UP TO OUR CAR! We showed her our number on my phone, she looked and put it in her mydevice. So I called to speak to a manager and not a single department answered their phone. Not one. Not guest services, electronics, food, home, HR, no one! I will never do business here ever again. The tall girl with black hair in guest services said the short Hispanic girls name was karma. I don't believe her. I want a response from a manager at this store or corporate. This so called customer service today was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in years. To make matters worse, the store wasn't busy at all. We went in and it was pretty normal. There was 1 other person at guest service, the lanes were pretty much normal and there wasn't very many people in the store for target. There's zero excuse for her attitude, the lack of professionalism from the hispanic girl and ever single employee who ignored the phone or their devices ringing. Not a single employee or manager picked up any ringing phone. Not one. Also, I ordered another of the same item from the main St store and service was perfect. The girl was a very short and small girl and she was able to pick up the item and put it in our trunk with no issue. There's zero excuse from this Pearland location.

Ok, I had to make a Target run to get my eggs, because the competitors have been slacking in my egg department and you must understand, because I eat vegan, it can't just be any old egg. Either way, they been the one place that seems to consistently have them. So Target, thank for being consistent when no one else is. Some stores, have not had a supply in weeks! However it's checkout time now and I find myself making that quick dash through the self checkout and this is when your dash gets slowed a little. I approached one scanner and it was out of order and then another the same, which means now you have to wait, until someone else is finished, just after you thought the wait was over. What's important is me having eggs for breakfast, just in case you need a quick recipe these make a nice egg and potato hash mix. Bye-Bye!

Had a great experience before. The next time I went my friend asked an employee about where and item was and she pointed somewhere random and said "over there." Very vague, and didn't seem to care which was very off putting. It put a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

Incompetent people running the curbside delivery. I waited so long six cars pulled in after me and had come and gone. I said to the kid out there why am I waiting so long?? He looks in his basket and sure enough my order is in there. He looks in the basket and says oops. I forgot!! Then when I do get my bag, my order isn't correct. He has to go inside and look for my item. He finally comes out and gives me my item and a gift card for my troubles. Well, the gift card is empty! No money was loaded on it!!! What an awful 1/2 hour experience. I'll go elsewhere.
