Tease Me is beyond a great salon. The women of Tease Me are compassionate, caring, respectful and loving. If you come in having a bad day, they not only offer their services: but a smile, a hug, a time to pray. I for one get very anxious about cutting my hair. I have had some negative experiences at other salons. I’ve now been going to Tease Me for two years and my goodness, the trust I have in this salon and Sandra and Laura and the ladies of Tease Me, they never fail to go above and beyond. The environment is not only a gorgeous one, but a peaceful one. I have seen clients going in and out with all types of color, cut and hair goodies. These ladies know how to do it all. Regardless of hair texture or hair color request, they can literally make anything look like a picture you bring. They bring your dream to life!!! The biggest take away from this salon is the feeling you leave with… just pure happiness. I cannot thank these ladies enough. Their care for me is truly appreciated. This is not only their place of business, they have made it a home away from home for all of their clients.Services: Haircut

They do not know how to do color if you want your roots touched up even if you tell them exactly the color number. They don’t understand different hair types!!

I’ve been to tease me salon multiple times and always leave feeling happy, confident and encouraged. I usually request Morgin when she’s available because she makes the experience so much more enjoyable. I’m a natural brunette and get my hair cut and dyed black by Morgin whenever I go in and always LOVE her work. She’s willing to work with your reference pictures to find exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a personalized but still professional salon experience, morgin is your girl!

Met with Morgan a couple days ago. She is a delightful girl and I can't say enough good things about her. BUT the balayage I had done turned out didn't turn out great.( A perfect square of untouched hair and orange streaks)She got another stylists opinion and she said, " It looks fine that's how balayage is supposed to look" then turned her back to me and was saying to another client "well this must be her first balayage and she doesn't know how it's supposed to look.."I corrected her and let her know that I have in fact been getting balayage for years. How unprofessional!I was charged $215 for this service. No haircut, root shadow or additional services.I emailed them when I got home, and have not heard a response. It would have been really quick and easy to fix the problem, but they refused.I will never be coming here again and will warn others in the future.Service: Hairstyling

I recently brought my 79 year old mom in to Tease Me for a consult to see if they could provide a recommendation for a hairstyle that would require minimal maintenance. Not only did they make a great recommendation but they also convinced her to go ahead and get the style. What an amazing transformation and she loves it. The change has really given her an ego boost!Services: Hairstyling

I came into the salon in December for a balayage and haircut. I have not been emotionally able to write this review yet from the trauma this experience has left me with. I came in with high expectations for a very bright and pretty balayaged red. I had prebooked my appointment and told them exactly what I wanted and let them know to book a lot of time for it which they assured me they did. I came in and showed my picture of what I wanted and the stylist didn't even know what to mix to do it and had to consult with her manager. I should have left then. When she finally came back to me she said what they were thinking of and her manager came over too and said they didn't have time to do a foil bleach balayage but could absolutely get my hair to the color I wanted by their high fashion red they had. Again I should have left, but being a trusting person I agreed to move forward thinking they knew what they were talking about. So she colored my hair and then it came time to cut it. She didn't ask which way I part my hair just went ahead and parted down the middle and was going to start cutting it. I asked her to stop and told her that is not how I part my hair and she told me it will be straight this way and will be fine. I knew that wasn't true but she wouldn't listen to me. Once I was blown dry, my hair was all one color, when my hair was parted to side I wanted it was uneven. I was so upset I couldn't even talk with out almost breaking into tears. When I got home I also noticed spots of hair that were missing color. All of that for $300. It was the worst experience in my life at a salon.Service: Haircut

I only had 5 appointments with Morgin. Other than the first appointment, Morgin never touched up any of my roots except around the top of my head.• 20 weeks of root growth, and it showed. On my last appointment, I mentioned to Morgin that she had neglected the rest of my roots, and they needed to be touched up, and I would need color touch-ups based on all that growth.I was clear and concise with Morgin that every appointment was root touch up and color. "This is standard practice in the industry." Occasionally, highlights and a trim. We both agreed to that decision.Yes, amazingly, I had to tell Morgin how to do her job, and that speaks volumes about her qualifications as a stylist.Morgin needs to go back to cosmetology school and learn her profession.I did state to Morgin that this should have never happened, and she needs to pay closer attention to her client's needs. (I'm the client, it is my hair, I should be completely satisfied, as I am paying the bill.)I should have double-checked Morgin's work because she missed touching up a chuck of growth in the back of my head. What upset me more was the 2 inches of base color around my face. I didn't notice it at the time because my hair was down as Morgin was giving me a dry trim. The next day, I called the salon and requested that Morgin fix her mistake. I received a call back from Sandra, and per Sandra; "Morgin took this request personally, and is emotionally upset, and doesn't feel comfortable taking care of her client going forward." They requested that I go elsewhere because Morgin is so "emotionally upset," but I will receive a full refund.I told Sandra that I didn't expect that response. As the client, I have always been polite, curtious, and respectful.Per Sandra; "Morgin has feelings."I asked Sandra; "Really?""What about the client's feelings?""What about the client's hair?"I received absolutely zero response from Sandra.I told Sandra that if I receive a full refund, it has to include the tip I gave Morgin.Sandra replied; "Oh."Morgin is absolutely not keeping the tip after disrespecting the client. However, if I'm receiving a full refund that clearly states to me the salon knows that Morgin made a mistake, and apparently not her first mistake.1) This request was not personal but professional.2) Morgin is supposed to be a licensed professional and should handle constructive criticism as such. The only way Morgin can possibly learn from her mistakes is by addressing them, as it will make her a better stylist in the long run. If she feels knocked down, then she needs to pick herself up and move forward as a professional. (Instead, Morgin responded with immaturity, being overly emotional, and by running away from a professional situation.)Now, saying that Morgin is only 24 and a typical millennial. Morgin completely forgot about me during my December appointment. Morgin disappeared for almost an hour and was busy in the back regarding her recertification, needing to change her driver's license, etc. I requested a French braid for the holidays, and it was a complete disaster. Morgin had to redo the French braid three times as she was more concerned with her long finger nails than doing a French braid properly. Morgin moved my appointment time with only 24 hours' notice and blamed it on Laura. (Moving my appointment time with such little notice affected my personal schedule.) Per Morgin, Laura runs her schedule. Interesting, because Laura and I spoke, and she knows nothing about it.Etcetera.After listing just some of the issues I've had with Morgin, it's a true Blessing, I'm not going back.Bottomline, this is Tease Me Salon's loss and another poor review regarding Morgin. In today's world, losing business is not good, and based on this situation, I would certainly NOT recommend them. This review is solely based on my personal experience, and any response from the salon is 100% superfluous.Services: Hairstyling

i worked here for a couple months as an apprentice. and they did emotional damage. if you don’t wear a full face of makeup your considered ugly. i have many friends who are stylist who don’t wear as much makeup and get paid good money. but to laura if you don’t have a full face of make up you won’t make money and you’re just not that pretty. i just highly suggest if you want to work here and maybe want to embrace your natural beauty once and awhile this is not the place. they’re not as godly as they say they are:/

The best haircut I have received since living in Pearland! Morgin was my stylist and was wonderful. She looked at my pictures I brought and talked to me about my hair. She cut and styled talking and suggesting things for me to do. Will be a returning customer!!!Service: Hairstyling

Tease Me hair salon is absolutely the best place to get your hair done! Having highlighted blonde hair can be tricky for some, but not them. And on a personal note, they have always made me feel like a part of their little Tease Me family and I love them dearly!

I went in for a haircut today. Told Ashley I wanted to donate 9 inches of my hair. She told me my hair would be at my shoulder blade. I said perfect. I still wanted to keep some length. She measured, then cut. She then shampooed my hair. She then started the cut. She decided to cut an additional 4 inches off my hair. My hair is above my shoulders now. Not at my shoulder blade. I also asked for long layers, but it is very choppy. I got home and measured my donated hair and she cut off 12 inches instead of the 9 that I requested. I even took in my own tape measure. I thought I would donate 9 inches then maybe take off another 1-2 inches max. So 11 inches total. She ended up cutting 16 off my hair. Very dissatisfied. I would not recommend going to this salon.
