Personnel Super rude at front desk. My first time at this place I asked simple question on how I sign for rewards. The attitude she gave was unnecessary I won’t be back. Do better guys.

Very disappointing to be a loyal customer for years and to pay the price at the end . I been paying 25 for a basic car wash and presume to tell me 45 now including just to wipe down on dash I remember paying $3o.owners managers taking advantage of the price increases . I have a small car I can see that price in maybe a big car or a truck . Then she tells be that price has always been that . Don’t insult my intelligence. I hope customers take a look how they do us consumer's!

Garbage place.
I went there 2 times. The first time they claimed they vacuumed, I found dirt and crumbs still under the seats. The 2nd time. I showed up at 4:45 and they avoided all eye contact and no one inside to help. The workers laughed as they were washing cars. Junk place. I wish it was better. Hard to find a good hand wash place.

I brought my 2014 Honda CRZ in to have the interior shampooed. I have tried my best to take top quality care of my car, but after 10 years, there's going to be some staining from just average wear and tear. The technician at the car wash told me that they would do their best to clean it up, and if I wasn't satisfied, I did not have to pay for it. They washed and waxed the exterior, and vacuumed and shampooed the interior. I am very, very satisfied. The interior of this car looks brand new again, and she really shines on the outside. I came in around 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning, and I was out the door by 10:50 a.m. I felt that the price was more than fair for the quality of the work, and I left a nice tip and this review. I highly recommend them ?

Took my wife's car in for a cleaning this morning. Explained they needed to be carful not to power wash directly on the cars emblems as with most modern sports cars they are simply applied with an adhesive back. To replace 1 letter the entire emblem set has to be purchased. Dealer well over $100..aftermarket $40.
They covered some of the decal on each side with scotch tape. Yes..scotch tape..because that will resist pressure washer forces..haha yeah so they went right out and blew the "T" off of Turbo on the driver side. Really not enough concern as they had already been paid $125. I refused to move the car until they made it right. One of the employees started to explain that he saw tape but no letter from the start but in reality they guy that taped it knew better and didn't deny it was there upon me handing the keys over.
After they eventually found the washed out damaged T in the mud and debris water puddle they offered to push it back on and call it "good" while I was not. They went back to the other cars so I began to make sure that all the other Benz, Porsche, Sports car drivers knew what they had done and how little they seemed to care about it and reminded them to check the car very closely before driving away
SURPRISE SURPRISE !!! I was suddenly offered a $35 refund. Took it, said never again and got the you know what out of there.

They did a wonderful job cleaning the car. It was deep clean outside and inside. It took a while but they were servicing the car the entire time. Lots of staff on site to do the work.
