Absolutely top notch staff, location, services. The staff members were all so friendly and efficient. We were there for our first Covid vaccine and not expecting much, due to all the bad hype on tv, but this site needs to be featured as ‘the best’! Looking forward to seeing them again for our #2 vaccine and I will be bringing a huge ‘thank you’ basket of goodies for all these awesome people.

We scheduled an appt for 9:15am. We arrived at 9:15. 45 minutes later we were still not seen. They open at 9am. How can you be that behind already? When I spoke to the lady at the front she seemed to careless about my time or concerns. She just kept saying the people in front of you are here for physicals and have blood work etc. First off, you shouldn't be telling me why other patients are there. Second you knew the time those appts would take. So why schedule mine so close to theirs? When I made the appt I was advised that they would be able to get me in and out within an hour since the appts were at the beginning of the morning. It's sad bc the doctor Patel was pretty good and the nurse was kind as well. However, I doubt I'll go back because complete disrespect for people's time. If you can't see the patients that quickly don't schedule so many in the same slot. Don't lie and say you can do something that you can't do. Don't tell me you can get me in and out if you can't. Just be honest.

They get no stars ! I called to inquire information about the clinic Luisa the new employee there who claims she is somebody there is very rude !!! Gross attitude Unprofessional unpleasant and just a rude ignorant person ! I didn’t even get past the stage of booking an appointment that’s how aweful the customer service is here not a welcoming place at all very unpleasant people turn around don’t come here they claim it’s a Family clinic never in my life have I dealt with any Fanily clinic so unprofessional as this one I have two children and will be going elsewhere I advice the same !!!

I like the fact that when I have an appointment, I don't have to wait long, usually no more than five minutes. Diagnosis has always been right on. I have made this my family doctor. To the other reviewer that gave negative comments, he or she should know that they don't do laser hair removal here, they bashed the wrong place, this is a medical doctor, not cosmetic .

The best general practitioner experience ever. I've been coming here for years. Wait time under 5 minutes typically. Greeted by my name every time. Good people and very friendly and caring.
