The cleanest and most organized store out of all the ones in the Houston area. It's brightly lit. There is room to move. The staff is nice. There is so much variety when it comes to options. I have been to other locations where it is room and gloom.
The only downside is coming on the weekends when it is super busy, lines are long and parking is horrendous.

I experienced an issue with my tap-to-pay transaction at the Pearland TJ Maxx on December 24th. After three declined attempts, my account was unexpectedly debited three times on December 24th and 26th for the same amount. TJ Maxx's financial department could not locate the debit despite my month-long attempts to resolve the matter. My bank's response, after I contacted them through DoorDash, was unhelpful and made me feel unjustly accused. Unfortunately, due to my mother's hospitalization and subsequent passing, I was unable to complete the necessary paperwork within the given timeframe. I have contacted customer service, which stated they were sending it to their finance department. I then called their 800 number, and they subsequently communicated with me by email, which I still have.

I had a wonderful experience at TJ Maxx today. I put too much in my shopping cart today and was about to put all the clothes I purchased back. My cashier, Tiana, was very helpful. She offered feedback about some of the pieces I selected and some pros and cons of another item and I was able to choose some things without my usual feelings of buyers remorse. I also had to get my order refunded and repurchased. Tiana was patient, accommodating, and didn’t make me feel like a burden. Todays purchase was money well spent.

I have an item with no tag and they made a new tag but the lady placed the tag on the product I was already buying. Now I can’t get the sticker residue off. It’s just kinda annoying because that was unnecessary placing the price tag back on if I’m already buying it…

I love TJ Max and 1 reason is because they're clean and organized. But.....this one is DIRTY, UNORGANIZED WITH MERCHANDISE ON THE FLOORS AMONGST OTHER THINGS...NEVER AGAIN!
