My recent experience with Home Depot left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I purchased a washer from them, it was clear that their customer service was incredibly lacking. I encountered multiple issues that have left me with a strong determination to never use their services again.Firstly, the delivery process was a nightmare. Not only did the delivery team arrive late, but they also couldn't turn off the water to washer, causing me to call a plumber, who watch me turn off the water without effort. The wait time for the delivery was excessive, causing significant inconveniences for me and disrupting my schedule and work.To make matters worse, when the washer was finally delivered, it turned out to be the wrong type, and I had to endure the hassle of going through their redelivery process. This process was equally frustrating, with an unorganized and unhelpful staff who seemed disinterested in resolving my issue promptly, nasty on the phone and extremely unprofessional. I would encourage home depot to review all the calls. They were heartless! I think i spoke to 6 people and waited on the phone 3 hours or more.What truly infuriated me was the unnecessary plumbing expenses I incurred. Home Depot insisted that a plumber was required to install the washer correctly, despite my own knowledge and experience suggesting otherwise. I reluctantly hired a plumber, only for them to confirm what I suspected all along - there was no plumbing work necessary. I felt cheated and deceived by Home Depot, as they wasted my time and money.I understand that issues can arise with any company, but it is how they handle those issues that truly defines customer service. Unfortunately, Home Depot failed miserably in this regard. Their lack of professionalism, competence, and disregard for their customers' time and needs was truly disheartening.I highly recommend avoiding Home Depot for any future purchases. Their service was beyond disappointing, and I have no faith in their ability to rectify their mistakes or prioritize customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your home

I want to thank Hanna, Chante and Sonya from customer service. They made my bad trip good. They were super nice, respectful and quick to problem solve. I greatly appreciate the great customer service they provided!

Terrible attitudes in returns. Kept short changing me on the number of items I returned. Got mad at me when I pointed it out. The. Went to the paint department. Dude was more interested in his phone than mixing two cans of paint. Overall employees didn't seem to care at all about helping. Lazy.

Curbside is slow, I've had to call numerous times to get through to anyone. On another instance I had to have a dryer delivered 3 different times to get one working properly. They were all new dryers and all malfunctioning. After the broken dryer was delivered they refused to remove the dryer from my house. I was stuck with a non working dryer for over a week & had to wait over 72 hours for a refund. Go with Lowes if you're looking for better service.

I wanted to leave a review on their website, but there is no place to put one.. I wanted to acknowledge an employee that works there in the appliance department. Her name is Tish.. By herself in the department she was taking care of three different customers including myself..Always with a smile on her face!She is very knowledgeable in all of the different brands of products which is very helpful considering usually when you ask a question, you get the i don't know answer..I spoke with her about Washers, and let me tell you, I got an education.. I ended up not needing one, ours was ok, but if I had, it was nice to know that someone there is a knowledgeable and helpful as TishThanks!!!

It's funny that I come here at least once a week to get random things for the house.I'm a plant mom. So I love the customer service in the gardening department. There is always someone to help. Recently I've had a problem with birds on my balcony. And I was recommended bird spikes to keep them off of my balcony. And it worked. This location is on FM 518 across from Randall's.The area doesn't have any other major hardware stores. So this is my go to.

I gotta call it how I see it. They sometimes have what I need. They sometimes have what the website says is in stock. They sometimes have people that can help you. Like most home improvement places, they seem to be understaffed. It's difficult to find someone in flooring, and if you do, they're spending an hour with another customer. The good news is someone is getting help, the bad news is you may spend a day in line waiting to be helped. I will say the Paint Dept is hopping though. They're the one spot I can always go to for a human to have an answer about their section. Home Depot brand tools are subpar on quality, so I usually buy the name brand nowadays. I'd like to see changes, but it is what it is. Inventory control is right for everyone, but another level of chaos. Not only did the website not have an updated count, I was sent to another location by staff, and that location also had nothing in stock. Maybe have a consultant with Amazon help with inventory control? Just sayin. I will say that the check out and customer service folks are nice. They earned that second star. To be fair, I haven't been to a home improvement business that didn't have the exact same problems.

While I love having a home improvement store nearby... I am not in love with this store. I'm shocked that I haven't reviewed this place yet but felt compelled after my most recent visit yesterday. I came in with my 3 kids in tow... never fun to go in with 3 kids but we needed a dehumidifier. Being as we live in a high humidity climate, I didn't think that this was an odd item. The gentleman at the door greeted us and asked what we needed. I said a dehumidifier and he looked baffled and initially said that they most likely don't have any of those. I said that online it stated there were 2 in stock and he said that the online info isn't always right but said if they did have them, they'd be in appliances in the back. We head to the back and wander around not seeing any nor any workers to help us. We then search around on our own and finally find another worker and ask him. He tells us that if they did have them, they'd be in the front of the store near the portable AC units. So we head up to the front of the store and look around the portable AC unit display only to NOT find the dehumidifiers yet again. Ugh. I was quite frustrated at this point. I make one last attempt and ask a WOMAN worker and she tells me aisle 31... AND THEN WALKS OVER THERE WITH US. Sure enough, the dehumidifiers are in aisle 31... except they're on the TOP SHELF. Again, I find this extremely odd that in a high humidity climate, you'd stick DEHUMIDIFIERS on the top shelf. So she calls for assistance over the loud speaker. And then we wait. And wait and wait and wait some more. No one was coming to help so I hunted down another worker and he re calls someone to help. The guy that comes is probably 6'4" but I tell him that he'll need a ladder. He replies that he was told we needed a faucet. Nope... no. Faucets, I could reach. Dehumidifiers on the top shelf, I can not. So he says he needs to go find "a machine." What? There was a ladder down the adjacent aisle. Regardless, he gets the machine and finally gets the dehumidifier down for us. Ultimately, lesson learned... go to a WOMAN worker first. They'll know where shit is. Second lesson learned... I really wish Lowes was closer. Ugh.

As a DIY carpenter I really love stores like Home Depot. Unfortunately, this is my least favorite location. It seem so unorganized and the curbside service is super slow. I checked in TWICE & no one came. I waited 15-20 mins before calling the store. After calling, someone finally came out with the wrong order. This is the 3rd time! The first time I had to go in the store and it still took them awhile to get my order. I've never had this issue with other locations.

Why do you rent out the asphalt cutter with out the machine theres 4 here but i cant rent one because you have rented out the asphalt cutter if so order more!!!!!

Great customer service. I rented a trailer and would never go to uhaul ever again. It was quick and they knew what they were doing. We did a joint safety inspection before I left. Unlike the other trailer rental company in the area.
