This place is probably the best tractor supply I've been to helpful staff and super friendly. I got a nice wood splitter that's was on clearance and they helped me find it inside the store (It was stored away in the back)

Went to this store 3 times in 3 weeks. Each time they had a different excuse why they could not fill my propane tanks. Every time the employee had an attitude like I was an inconvenience to their day.

Closed Pet Wash Station @6:45PM Called other locations that have never heard of such a thing. I can understand an hour before close but over two hours before closing is Unprofessional.

This store is always a mess. Dirty. And employees that chew tobacco. The employees are always standing around talking to each other or on their phones.

Tractor supply pet wash in Pearland Texas.
Pet owners beware! I Had taken my pet to this pet wash two times in the last month, the pet wash facilities are horrendous! I don’t think anybody has clean these since this tractor supply opened. It smells bad, dirty, and gross!
Anyways, my dog has developed a eye and ear infection due to Using this facility. Took her to the vet today and she confirmed my suspicions that it was the pet wash. If you want to save yourself a $200 vet bill do not take your pets here.

It's really interesting the many times I have been here to buy items for my job. The customer service ain't all that great. At least I find what I'm looking for myself I guess? And how are you going to have plants on display in front of a nice store and they are constantly dead🙃🤔

We have been in the store a few times and Ray has been at the register, he is very rude and unprofessional. I have witnessed him be rude to other staff members and costumers. He would benefit from a costumer service course.

I called to see if they Winter rye grass seed bulk bags a couple days ago. The phone operator was very helpful and said she found a pallet in the back and that someone could go get. We enter the store and as I come up to the cash register person she turns her back and boot scoots away. I watched her out of the corner of my eye and she looked like she was just wandering down an aisle. She didn’t bend down or go help someone. Ok…I’ll try to find someone else. No luck after going through 3/4 of the store. I go back to her up front and she literally is spaced out holding a clear tape dispenser in the air and studying it. I asked about the grass seed.No…no gas seed according to her. Well I talked with someone and they said there was some in the back, I said. Well it is not showing on inventory. ( like she knows the entire inventory with out checking). Can you have someone check, I said. She called management and then turned back to me and said there wasn’t any. I left before I flaked one more word to this person. There might have been a little attitude there or that’s her normal self. Definitely was 0.00 no help and whoever gave this place a high customer service rating should recheck the place and see if they live up to it.And that high customer rating is why I wrote this out!

For some reason this tractor supply is always out of horse feed. Last time 3 people walked out due to no stock. Today 2 of us walked out. I hate driving to Alvin all the time! It's super frustrating when it shows 27 bags in stock but then you get to the store and they have none.
I really wish they got their ordering done better.
