Trudy's Hallmark Shop is a go-to shop for greeting cards, special gifts, gift bags, stationary, and yearly family ornaments. The store has an amazing selection of cards and other cute things. The staff is super friendly, courteous, and helpful, with customer service second to none. The team is always willing to walk customers through the store, provide guidance, and go the extra mile, such as wrapping gifts or packaging gift bags. The shopping experience is excellent, with a beyond neat and tidy store. Parking is now convenient, usually available in front of the door. The staff encourages joining the rewards program in a non-pushy way. Customers highly recommend it for any gifting needs.
I haven't walked into a Hallmark shop in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The staff was super friendly and they had an amazing selection of cards. I grabed a couple other cute things while I was there for stocking stuffers. Moving forward I think I'll go back anytime I want a quality card.
