The customer service is A one Brianna was very helpful and patient with me and showed me how to process my returns even though she was by herself and had a line almost out the door this morning she made sure each customer needs was prioritized her customer service is amazing she kept a smile even while being under a lot of pressure

The customer service I got was so good and nice. A worker named Vincent help me with all my packages and he was an amazing help. Such a nice and outstanding human being.

Excellent service, quick drop off. I used this stop for a scheduled return not my choice. I still question their motives since the implementation of anti 2A policy. They're not back-tracking or apologizing yet.

I came here to send a package that I sold online. They refused my package after I told them that I would pay for the printing and the box. They still refused, I went to a different UPS office and they sent it off for me for what I offered.
Do not come here and do not waste your money here.
I waited in line for a long time to be told No by them and I was very angry at them.

Was trying to return something, but apparently I needed to print it out. Kid told me to do something on my Amazon app and walked away. I stood there for six minutes because after I did what he told me, it basically blocked me from returning anything, but 1 started because he walked away and I was standing there for six minutes without any help.

It’s a hit and miss with this location depending on who’s working the counter‼️. Take your business to the Friendswood location as they provide much better customer service‼️. I’ve witnessed and experienced where the employees at this location are trained to up charge you for additional packaging. You can have an Amazon return where the instructions specify no packaging or box needed just show employee your QR code. If you don’t know any better this ups store will tell you otherwise and charge you for unnecessary boxes & packaging!!
Notice Nike received my package just fine and it was processed through the Friendswood UPS store where the customer service is excellent‼️

I was at that UPS store on 3/7/2025 for a service which l did not fully understand. Meeting Grace was the perfect solution. Grace notorized my documents and was very patient with me, walking me through the whole process to completion. In fact, her services were excellent. Kudos to you Grace. Keep this up
