Laziest Employees ever. They shut the store down early then lied and said that their systems are already shut down and they couldn’t process my package. When I asked for their managers name they would not give it to me and also gave me fictitious names themselves. I will absolutely be filing a complaint with their boss once I find out who it is.

I agree 100% with most of the previous reviews. Now I understand after reading all the reviews. I came to this store occasionally and could feel the unwelcoming atmostphere everytime I came to the store to drop off packages. I didnt let it bother me until today. This location needs to perform more coaching on their employees for customer service skills. The employees here, especially these young guys at the counter have absolutely very low customer service skills from the way they talk to their customers (very rude demanding and very disrespectful) to the way they treat their customers. They dont know how to communicate appropriately and properly to their customers. I came to the store today to ship some packages and helped my friend dropped off some return packages to Amazon. The one who took my packages talked to me as if I am their prisoners. I was fed up I had to show my DL and told the guy how old I was in order to stop him from his demanding tone of voice and inappropriate communication. At the end, there was no Thank you for the service. This location has an attitude of the customers needing their services and they dont need the customers. Very disappointed overall! Next time I will choose another shipping service provider for a better experience. I will prevent myself from coming to this UPS location after reading all the past reviews and from my personal experiences with this location.

They’re not polite, I was in lane for three time, previously also I went for twice for notary but didn’t finish my work, completed after 1 hour.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with UPS. I spoke to the owner directly and he basically told me I was lucky I was getting my package because the sender didn’t do something correct. I had to pay an additional $20 to take the package on an already paid overnight delivery. The package was signed for by an employee at the store the day before for a hold. I waited almost an hour at the store and they could not find the package. I came back the next morning and finally got my delivery.
