They don't keep the printers stocked with paper. Used the pc to print. Charged $8 for convenience, but had to wait in line for 20 min anyway because they were too busy to help.

The service at this UPS store is absolutely exceptional. The staff is not only incredibly kind and helpful, but they're also top-tier professionals. I was completely blown away by their efficiency and speed—they handled a long line of customers in just five minutes! The customer service is 5-stars across the board, and the work ethic of the entire team is truly impressive.

We go here several times a week to drop off packages, and we have a mailbox here as well. The employees are all super nice, especially Derrick who makes a point to remember us and ask how our business is going. When the line is long, they move it along as quickly as possible. The reviewers here who think the workers are rude should try the Cullen post office some time for a true taste of rudeness.

The employees of this location just do not care. I went in to print a return label and buy some tape. It was $5 to print a return label, fair enough, but then he refused to give me the documents that I paid to print because he had already scanned them and processed the return without asking me when I didn’t even have it with me in the building. I did not have the return with me and wasn’t ready to process the return but he did it anyway. He processed a return without having the item and without my consent. That is fraud.
He never asked me if I had my package with me or any clarifying questions he just decided to go ahead and do everything on his own. He did not apologize or explain himself. Just told me to go get the package. So I had to go and get the package that I was not ready to return yet. All I wanted to do was buy tape, print my labels, and go home. Instead I had to try and frantically get my package and box it up for return DAYS before I was ready.
He refused to give me the documents I paid $5 to print, saying he’d handle it hisself. No, I paid $5 for those documents and you should have given them to me instead of just doing whatever you wanted.
I have no faith that my return is going to be shipped out or arrive correctly. He didn’t even print out or attach warning labels that I paid to print.
I called to speak to a “manager” and was told “that’s just how they do things because it’s convenient to the customer.”
I really don’t understand how fraud is convenient to the customer. When I explained myself the “manager” just talked down to me like I was stupid and kept making excuses that they only do things to help convenience the customer. Well I’m sure as heck inconvenienced instead. He finally admitted to not being a manager and took my info down for an actual manager to call me back but said “it could take weeks”. Nice to know yall support and encourage fraud like that and don’t take it seriously.

This was not a kind store to work with. I came to the door at 7:01 pm and they would not let me do my return even though there were multiple customers inside being served.
I had an Amazon return I needed to return but it was too big and awkward to bring in during the day with my little kids. I had to wait until after my husband came home so I could take it in during store hours. When I got there at 7:01 the man shook his head and wouldn’t open the door. Another man came to the door and explained it was protocol and wouldn’t help me. If I didn’t have to unbuckle my child or have to grab the big box and got inside one minute earlier I would have been helped like the other people that were inside.
I wish people were kinder to each other and tried to help each other instead of being so selfish and try to prove points.

Yesterday at ups, my experience was a 10/10 due to customer service! I loved the fact that due to running into multiple issues, the staff was still very helpful to my situation.
