You need to get rid of that Hispanic lady behind the counter asap, not that I will EVER return to this place!I just came from the nail shop and had some time to kill. I came in with my wallet and keys only, and grabbed a basket. I was looking at the makeup and noticed the clearance bins on the very bottom shelf, which means I had to crouch and/or sit down in order to look through it. A customer that passed by me mentioned the lady at the counter was watching me to make sure I wasn't stealing, which was fine because I wasn't and clearly she could see that. I found quite a few things and decided to go on the next aisle. There was another clearance basket on the floor, so I was crouching to look through it. I was ready to check out with my basket full of items. I started putting a few things on the counter and decided to just put the whole basket on the counter. I reached in the basket to retrieve my keys and purse and the Hispanic lady gave me and dirty look and rolled her eyes. I looked back at her, took a deep breath, and told her "you know what, I've changed my mind on this purchase" and walked out: the NERVE of that itch with a B!Here's a suggestion: place your clearance baskets up front by the counter if you're afraid of theft. Y'all stay up at the counter anyway, and the stuff might actually sell. Also, if you have a bad attitude or prejudice against some of your shoppers, then you need to keep that attitude/prejudice REAL close to the chest, or maybe you shouldn't be working there!

This is the 2nd time I come to this beauty supply and it says they are open and the doors are locked. They put a sign on the door saying that they will be back in 10 minutes , two girls came back went inside and did not unlock the door for customers smh

Very unprofessional , never opened on time … doesn’t answer the phone . Just overall terrible people and terrible service … do not deserve to still have an establishment .

Great customer service! Aaliyah was very helpful with advising products! They literally have everything that surrounding Beauty Supplies don't have. I saw 3-4 ppl from previous beauty supply store that we went too looking for ponytail hair! Supreme had it all with detailed price charts!

Friendly service. Near my home and convenient. I easily found what I needed. They have plenty of braiding hair,mostly your typical Xpressions pre-stretched and a good selection of lengths. Prices are like 4.99 or 5.99 a bag. They also have really cute earrings for only $1.99. I bought a cute pair of Afro pick earrings as well as a pair of pink "queen" earrings that I look forward to wearing. Thanks for the great service with a smile and the convenience this morning!

The last time I visited this store was 2 years ago. Had not been back because I was not happy with how I’m always treated when I come here. Decided to pay it a visit recently as I was getting my hair done, and they were the closest store to the salon. Long story short, nothing has changed. Dear black women, STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They have absolutely no regard or respect for you. Drive the extra mile and shop somewhere else. We have the power to close places like this down. They do not deserve to profit off of us. They will learn to respect and value us. Stop opening yourselves up for disrespect…

Prices are too high compared to other stores. They never have product in stock. You can travel a few minutes away to Cullen and get better service, vast product selection.

I rarely visit this beauty supply, & today reminded me why. This is by far the WORST beauty supply. Yes they have what you need, but they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for the simplest items. It's like you're paying more bc of where they're located. Pearland definitely needs more than 1 beauty supply. I will not be back & I advise others to find somewhere else to shop

Large selection. Well organized and I got to choose a free gift since I spent over $50. This is a bit out of my way, but worth the travel. I checked them out on a recommendation from my stylist and I was not disappointed.

My friend Armstrong is always up for a challenge, so when I have a big problem, I make Armstrong McCall. Get it? My call? They're a popular and interesting beauty supply store located in the rich part of Houston. You're supposed to not be allowed in here without a license and not allowed to make purchases depending on whether you have a license, but the weird thing is that some days any old person can make purchases and other days they get weird about people so much coming in here without one. Seems a little inconsistent. Some of the employees aren't friendly at all. Other ones are totally nice.
