Exchange on defective vape not possible without a account with them. They said they couldn’t even track a credit card purchase from two days ago.. I am very disappointed in that type of response.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I get the same 2 flavors of juice every time and they can mix what you want. It is always a quick in and out stop. Vapor Sense is a nice and clean shop and not set up like a head shop. I hate going into a vape shop that has an overwhelming incense smell.
