Please be careful when you're taking your phones for an exchange at this location. Because we just realize that all of our 3 trade ins where credited to account. Our bill came back being even more than we were paying when he said it was gonna be less.

Do not go to this store! They are a 3rd party store and not an actual Verizon store. We have had the worst experience since we changed service. Problems and headaches from the beginning. Very sloppy work and not knowledgeable employees. The guy that helped us stopped helping with problem and basically wiped his hands of us (as long as he made his $ he didn’t care) We started service in Jan and still today I am dealing with a problem they created. If they aren’t wearing a shirt with Verizon logo then I would walk right back out if I was you.
To owner: I already had a case number and I am on the phone right now 5/3/25 still trying to resolve problem. Also my son tried to go talk to your manager and manager was being rude and dismissive of him. Not good service all the way around.
