I switched from At&t to verizon dec 26th 2024. Was told 8-10 weeks for them to honor their promotion and pay my last At&t bill. After a couple months and no gift card or anything to pay it i went back and the manager apologized and said they would expedite the request again…. Eventually after the second 8 weeks went by they apologized again and said they would have to just give me bill credit and again i haven't received that either… so since january that same at&t bill they was supposed to pay has ballooned. since its now april and i was forced to pay it myself since Verizon seem to keep dropping the ball. I do not recommend this location and i actually regret switching from AT&T to Verizon. Not because of phone service but the customer service and active communicating doesnt seem to exist here. Ive tried contacting the store manager by phone and never get a call back.

Outstanding Service at Verizon Store!
I recently visited this Verizon store in Pearland to set up new lines and purchase new phones, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from their store representative, Justin E. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise.
Justin made sure I got the best plans and options for my family, and even helped transfer data from my old phones seamlessly. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I highly recommend visiting this store and working with this representative if you need help with your Verizon needs. His manager was also very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for making my experience so positive!

Freddy was an awesome salesmen. Very direct and told me what deals they had. He always tried his best to get me the best deals they had for my new phone plan and didn't hide anything. I was in an out of there. I had to remember to write his name on a sticky they had at the store to remember who helped give birth to my new phone cuz he was so good. What a great grandfather he was 10/10

Freddie was the worst salesman’s at Verizon, his attitude was very pour and he was acting like he did not want to wait on us. He did not greet us and fail to give us great customer satisfaction.

Service level is just average. I went in to surrender my Verizon wifi Internet box and had to wait for 10 min to be able to speak to someone. When I finally got to speak, they said that they can’t take the box and that I need to call their call Center !!!

Switched from AT&T to Verizon and had a very positive experience with Freddy. He was extremely helpful, very well versed and professional. Highly recommend asking for him at this location.

Today, I come to this store and asking about promotion on the phone. At first, New Guys helping me, I have No complain. at the time I ask, which iPhone 15Pro Max does he have in store, and he go inside to check, then he told me he have iPhone 15 Pro Max which is 256Gig.
So, I decide to open new line, but store can’t match price with online.. so, I ask him can I order online and pick up at this store, I understand he is new so he go to ask the manager of the store, and That guy(manager) come to me HE TOLD ME HE DOES’T HAVE ANY IPHONE 15 PRO MAX IN THE STORE. So, what is Customer Services is that???
and 1 time last year, I order Home Internet, but internet doesn’t work at my location( signal weak) so I choose to return to the that same store, I bring to the store, and the same guys, he didn’t let me return, told me to go to Fedex to return.
I had bad experience at this store 2 times, and never come back to this store again.

This location sucks If I could give negative stats I would. I have a business account with them for a few years and will definitely be going with a new provider in the next few weeks, came in to meet a guy name Chris he was super busy sitting in the corner gathering stuff which I thought he was the business manager then to top it off the bright skin guy I was dealing with was very cocky and aggressive lol dude needs to stop being that way you just made me not want to even by a phone at that point. He attempted to talk to me crazy assuming I had no money that’s crazy and I make his yearly check on one job. I was planning to buy my team and workers all new phones. I only do business with people I like not butt holes good by Verizon and I will be calling corporate on this location.

If there was an option for 0 stars, it would be selected. My recent visits were absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I would warn against anyone going to this store. There are a few individuals there who are seemingly there to collect a check. They are not there to service the customer. This was not always the case. There was a time where the reps at this store cared for the customer. I went there to see if I could receive help for a smartwatch. The manager of the store was asked for assistance. After some trouble shooting, he tells me that Samsung sucks and I should buy an Apple. I went back to the store for some additional assistance with the same issue. The same manager was asked for assistance. This time helped for 5 minutes and then had someone come over to help so he could leave and go home. I was asked to come back (I think by the Assistant Manager) and he would help me. When I came back the next day, I greeted the Asst Manager and he had someone else to assist while he was talking about his efforts to lose weight with his colleagues. I went in today (Wednesday, September 18th) to return the Verizon home internet. I asked one of the attendants about his Samsung watch. His energy was very dismissive and anyone could tell he did not want to assist me any further. It is very disappointing no one there was able to resolve the issue with my watch. It is also disappointing because there was a time when I could go in that particular store and know that it would more than likely be a positive experience. I will never go to this store ever again. I would be willing to travel to any store but this one. Of something isn't done about the lack of customer service/support, I am sure complaints like mine will increase.

Great experience! Paid off my phone, upgraded, changed plans, and got a new galaxy watch. The associate made the whole process super easy and fast. Will definitely be back to this location if I need anything in the future!

I've been doing business with this Verizon store for several years now, and I really like it. There's one salesman there that I've been working with the whole time, and he really helps me out he is W. So for that reason, I will always be a Verizon Customer!!!
