Disappointed and noticed that others have experienced the same issues. Being over charged for service when you have a coupon. After being told a trim is $25 and knowing I just needed a little dusting because my last trim was 8 weeks ago and stylist said she didn’t need to trim much. They decided to charge me $35 for a trim without communication. They say a receipt will be emailed but never was. I really don’t like the penny pinching scheme.

I don’t live in Houston, but visit my daughter enough to have an established stylist.
I want to give a huge shout out to Tonya. She’s been a natural hairstylist for 26 years. As the tattoo on her forearm says “magical”, her hands are truly magical. When Tonya massages your scalp, it’s very relaxing. We had deep conversations that led me to think about some things in my life. Tonya has definitely earned repeat service from me. I was there 3 hours for a silk press and other clients had been there longer. Waiting is too long. I had to pay for a trim that I didn't request.

This was my first visit to Virtuous Hair Salon and my initial impression walking in was professional. Unfortunately, my shampoo with a deep conditioner was for the most part nonexistent. I felt no shampooing and conditioning to my hair and scalp and no rinsing. My hair/scalp was not cleaned. I felt my Stylist would notice, but she said nothing.

I recently visited Virtuous Hair Salon and had the best experience of my life! My stylist, Farrah, was incredibly attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me a perfect trim,color, and style that perfectly suits the style that I was looking for.
