100% recommend! Everyone were super polite and helpful. I got my first contacts and they really did their best to help teach me how to put them on and remove them. They were also very patient with me, despite having more customers I did not feel rushed to leave. Thank you very much will definitely be coming back to this location!

They need to shut this place. No inventory, slow service , rude people. And dingy too. Never again will I patronize that place.

They are so friendly and helpful and worked super hard to figure out my insurance. Front desk and doctor is very nice. I’d highly recommend!!

Just the worst...the lady working in there obviously hates her job. I was prepared to buy three new pairs of glasses but she was so indifferent and rude. I asked her to look me up in the system and she acted like i was asking her to pay for my visit. I set up an eye appointment but ill pass and go to Sugarland. I hope the owner is aware, you are losing business because of a lack of basic customer courtesy with your staff!

I asked for a repeat of my previous years glasses and the bill came out to twice as much. My attendant padded my bill of which I had to have corrected the next day. Later I called the store for a copy of my receipt and was given a number to call. After nearly 20 minutes on hold customer service said I called the wrong department and said they would transfer me to the right of which after 6 minutes I was hung up on. Now I have to start all over. Don't call 800-669-1183 for a copy of a receipt.

This place has some of the rudest employees I've come across. For one, since the pandemic, they were asking customers they could only come in by appointment, which is fine, but who would think you'd need an appointment just to PICK UP GLASSES? Then when you tell them you didn't realize you'd need an appointment just for that, they literally laugh and roll their eyes! Try putting that info on your website or let customers know when you text or call to say their glasses are ready for pick up.I've seen two other customers come in for the same thing and they also got attitude from the employees. These employees also talk about customers under their breath, which is rude and extremely tacky. I don't know who the manager is but there is only one nice person I've seen there; I should've got her name but didn't. She may have been the manager because she had tact. They need to get rid of the current employees and get people who know how to talk to customers in a polite way and not talk to them like we're dumb! On top of that, they seem to make up prices for glasses and lenses...etc. The last person my husband and I saw, the girl was adjusting the price so many times, just by clicking in numbers on the calculator. I don't even know where she got some of the numbers from. She was able to adjust the price by $50+. Seems shady!I will no longer be going back.
