had an incredibly disappointing experience at Visionworks, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The staff were not only unprofessional, but also dismissive and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. When I finally received a message about my glasses being ready, I came. Door was locked and lady at the front told me to leave. For a pickup??? Got there 10 minutes after the message was sent! Visionworks clearly prioritizes profit over people, and their staff’s rude behavior and incompetence are just the tip of the iceberg. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!!!

Ms. Fransica is knowledgeable and her customer service is refreshing. She is passionate and is concerned with finding the ideal frames for the customers she serve. Fransica is professional. I had a challenge with my frame and Fransica resolved the issue. I am extremely satisfied with her expertise.

It was great customer service presented from the walk through the door. Ms. Sherebiah was very helpful. She helped me pick out the right frames and understood what I wanted, plus her personality is great. I will be back again. Thank you for everything!

They made you so very comfortable, no rush. I been window shopping and trying frames on this stores 3 months ago and the day before my eye check-up, they were so helpful and NEVER made you feel uncomfortable, they even give some suggestions pros/cons on things that I wanted on my future frames whether it matches on the frame that I wanted. They took their time to really help you.. it is hard to pickup frames to matches what I want to have on my eyeglasses but they made it easy for me with their Tips and suggestions which actually validated my choices of frames. They were so welcoming.
