First, I have to say that I went to LensCrafters and they didn’t even tell me that the insurance wasn’t in network and we’re just going to charge me over $350 for just one pair of glasses that’s not even including the lens protective stuff and two of my kids needed glasses!After I finally asked, why is it so high (because we’re regulars and didn’t know there was a switch in benefits) that is only when I found out that the insurance wasn’t in network and they knew it they just didn’t tell me.And this is how I ended up at Visionworks that was in network and I was very upset because I had to rush before they closed and only had an hour. I tried to rush my kids to pick out some frames, and we had a sweet, compassionate, kind woman named Francisca Garcia, who told my daughter not to rush and take her time and it was OK that they were going to close. They weren’t going to kick us out to just get what we needed.This woman pulled up the benefits as well, thankfully the insurance for kids cover up to $300 for frames each along with other coverage.So I didn’t need to pay out-of-pocket for any frames!There are a few good people out there and this woman was one of them. I really thank her for making me at ease and not rushing me nor my kids, and took the time to do the fitting for the glasses and everything she was so kind.I definitely recommend this place and this will be our new place for any eyecare.

The entire staff is so amazing! Sherebiah was great--She gave me such quick but thorough service in the morning. She was so pleasant. Norma andFrancisca stayed a few min late so I could pick my glasses up since I called when I was on the way! They are just exceptional and so I'm glad this staff is in my neighborhood! 10s across the board.

Everything went excellent from the greeting to the helping me out to choose the right glasses for me. Francisca had patience with me and I love that!!! I didn't feel pressure. I left happy and feeling great about everything. Thank you so much! She deserves a lot of appreciation!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The entire experience was awesome. From the doctor’s visit to helping me find my frames. The staff were very welcoming, patient and helpful! I highly recommend everyone to go there! You won’t be disappointed!

Everybody was so talkative and friendly that I decided to hang out there. Took my time. My glasses were fitted and I was sent off. Excited that I have new glasses coming in two weeks. What a nice place. I so highly recommend you go there they answered any and every question about my insurance. They were so knowledgeable and they made some wonderful suggestions. Go get your glasses there.

When I dropped off the Rx for my mom's glasses,the girl who attended to us made it an unpleasant experience. My mom felt rushed and when she sat to measure the bifocal distance for the glasses,she was not patient.When we went back to pick up the glasses, the lady that attended to us too extra time to make sure my mom was satisfied with the glasses.

All staff there are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and delightful to interact with. Also, Dr. Chen was very thorough and addressed any concern or questions that I had. This is my second year having an annual eye exam here, and I am very pleased once again. Exceptional care!

Everytime I come here, the ladies at the front are so extremely rude and incompetent, and they are not trained in customer service. After my bad experience here last year I didn’t want to come back, but I decided why not, how hard can it be to ask them to fill my contacts RX. When I showed the girl at the front my prescription she said that my prescription is for Acuvue oasys monthlies. I was like umm what? It doesn’t say monthlies anywhere in this page. All it said was Acuvue oasys for astigmatism. And I re clarified with her that it doesn’t say monthlies and that I currently use bi weekly’s of the same brand. She seemed to think this brand is only monthlies (I’m not even sure if there’s a monthlies version of this brand) and I said ok I’ll go somewhere else then. Then she says “you know that prescription is for monthlies though right” like NO IT WASNT and I told her I used this same exact prescription for contacts already. And her response is “…so what do you want to do then”. She was so rude, condescending, and worst of all completely wrong. I will never come back here again, how hard is it to screw up contacts.
