Dr. Hoang and Dr. Choi always take good care of me. They have great bedside manners. Everyone is very nice in the office. I will continue to continue to come here.

I honestly NEVER take the time out to write a review even when I am dissatisfied with a service, so the fact that I even wasted 15 minutes of my time writing this baffles me. Yet here I am. My husband is a new patient here, so I have no reviews of the doctor that helped him. My review is specifically for the receptionists that works there. Highlights in waves and straight hair girl in the front by the window were so rude. However, there was one other lady and she was sweet and patient! You would think that a doctor's office in one of the most diverse areas in Houston would know a thing or two about showing empathy to those who don't speak English. There was a mix-up in the appointment time where I remembered I scheduled for a 10:00 appointment, only to find out that it was 8:45. Honestly, I accepted that I was in the wrong because my husband probably heard wrong when he was scheduling. (And the confirmation text had the appointment date but not the appointment time?) So I didn't mind the snappy tone of her voice in the call whatsoever, because it was an honest mistake. What REALLY bothers me is when we had to make a new appointment and she literally continued to mock us, repeating to me and my husband-- "aRe YoU SuRe yOU UnDerSTAND? YOU SEEM VERY CONFUSED THE FIRST TIME." (I quote this verbatim and she repeated this at least 3x") and added "ARE YOU SURE? JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE". I'm not about that so I just politely said, "yes we understand". But it is disgraceful how she speaks to non-native speakers when her job is a receptionist. Your parents or grandparents have probably experienced something similar and struggle to schedule appointments and call customer service without a representative being rude and snappy. SO PLEASE STOP PASSING THE BATON and REMEMBER YOUR ROOTS and try to be kind. You of all people should understand the struggles that minorities go through, so please be patient even if there is some frustration. They are probably reading this and smirking and laughing behind their desks right now and I honestly don't care, because I pretty sure this message won't even reach them. And if it does, then bless their hearts. I can only hope this doesn't happen to the other experiences of other patients coming here. On a good note though, they were really great about patients going in and out. Operations, nurses, or doctors in there.. great job! No wait time at all.

The front desk lady is rude and disrespectful. She don't look happy and help you with an attitude. If customers service is not her type of deal then she should look for another job.

Dr. Hoang was understanding and kind. I was able to voice my concerns and he listened to me. The staff there were kind and quick too. My appointment was short but informative and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The building and the office is clean. Dr. Hoang was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend to everyone.

The doctor and his team are very efficient. We were there for diabete follow up, less than 1hr visit. Quick and professional!!

So let me start out by saying i had to switch insurances last year due to the pandemic so the Primary care physician that i have had for several years did not take my insurance so I had to look for another one. It's really hard for me to try and find any doctors that i feel comfortable with and trust. But I have nothing but great things to say about VitalCare medical. I've been seen by Dr. Hoang and Dr. Allison Choi who both have been excellent primary care physicians. I've seen more of Dr. Allison Choi and she is seriously the best. My school required me to get multiple vaccines, titers, etc and I never felt I was a bother even though I came in multiple times. I've had to get my blood drawn quite a few times as well and let me say I'm a big baby when it comes to that but the nurses there made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for being amazing. I recommend them 1000/10 :)

Very dissapointed with the Botox service. All my lines on my forehead were very much visible and the Doctor did 20 units supposed to be nicer ,I alwys went to a different Docter before and still had good results with jus 10 units ..this place only talk abt how good they are and when I went back, they don't want to fix it as well .bad service I will never recommend this place ever ..pls don't go

Very attentive and guided me through the different process. The Dr. Explains throughly. I do have a language barrier and Dr. Is very patient and explains eveything ungil I understand.

We have service of Preventive care and we have 100% cover from my Health Insurance. Even I have explain and show them about my plan details of cover but they still charged us. They said after they claim on my insurance if it not require an copay they will adjust it for me. But now after a month still hear nothing from them. I have call them and the lady tell me: "anyone come here need to pay the copay no matter what". Really??? After that I have email them the statements of my Insurance when they make a claim with $0 copay but still not receive any respond from them. Anyone need more attention when come to get service with them.

My dad switched his insurance so he can go to Dr. Hoang. Absolutely love the atmosphere here and the whole team. They are very informative, patient, and kind. My mom will be switching pcp’s soon!
