And now after 2 hours of waiting on my prescription to be filled they refuse to fill 2 of them. Out of stock of course as always on one and wouldn’t give me a reason on the other. Just that my insurance didn’t cover it. So charge me cash. But fill it. And offer a alternative on the one your out of stock on. Terrible customer service. I HATE This place!!

If 0 star is an option, I will use that. Close way early compared to other Walgreens, price is higher than other pharmacy. Don't support GoodRx price , and lazy to find one will work for you. Will never use it again

Truly unhelpful staff, this was my first time here trying to fill a prescription and was told I had to find out from my insurance what was covered and what wasn’t. So I had to do their job? I just transferred my prescription to CVS pharmacy and had no issues.

90% they are on point. But they have kicked my Rx before, and they text too much.

I went to this location today for a COVID booster shot. When I arrived, they told me to come back in a half hour because the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I came back in a half hour and was told they do not accept walk in appointments only ones that were booked online. I told the girl in the pharmacy that my father got one yesterday at this same location as a walk-in. They told me the ONLY way was to schedule online. I asked her what if you don't have internet access and she just shrugged her shoulders.

Store is clean. Pharmacy is slow. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Tonight they had lights dimmed so it looked closed. The lady at the counter seemed irritated to have a customer at 9:40pm. Usually service is better, but I am often disappointed.

Horrible customer service. My son had surgery on his arm Monday and I dropped off his scripts that afternoon. It's going on Thursday and they have still not filled them. When I called (x2) they stated the need to talk to the Doctor to confirm dosage (reasonable explanation) however they do not keep me updated and I call back daily to be told the doctor's office haven't "even" called them back? Our physician instructs refill questions to come from the pharmacy. This isn't a refill but still is communication from the pharmacy to the physician. Should be handled by now. I will never use this pharmacy again. When you need something you may not get it. They do not keep you informed and do not seem to have enough staff to follow through on requests making the time and money you spend on physician visits useless as this same thing happened to me for my birth control refills. Good luck if there is ever a "question" about your script. Would have been better off sending them through the shredder. Ridiculous!
