This Walgreens used to be excellent at customer service with pharmacy. Poor customer service, new employees with store manager helping out need to be trained more. They called to tell me my medicine will be ready and it wasn’t. Went to location day after only to be told it wasn’t in the computer and will be ready for pickup in the next hour. Called to check in hour later only to be told it’s now too early to be refilled!!! Very frustrating for the patient. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Walgreens up the road. It’s gone downhill!!

This pharmacy is the only Walgreens who will not tell me if a prescription medication is in stock over the phone. Their staff is not helpful.

Called at 5pm to check the status of my prescription and was told BOTH of my prescriptions would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. Showed up 2 hours later and was told one of prescriptions was out of stock but the main one I really needed that day would take another hour. Showed up again 2 hours later and was told the medication that I NEEDED THAT DAY was actually out of stock. I was just there 2 hours before and was told something completely different. Now I can’t take the medication I needed. Horrible place.

Back in December, my pregnant wife went in for the RSV vaccine for pregnant women and they gave her the wrong vaccine!!! They gave her the one that is for elderly people and is not recommended for pregnant women. Absolutely disgraceful pharmaceutical practices are happening at this Walgreens. I do NOT recommend receiving vaccines at this Walgreens. BE AWARE.

The pharmacy personnel want only TX ID to dispense control med. They don’t recognize and accept Real ID driver license from other state or territory of the USA. The personnel need more education in regard to this.

The pharmacy drive thru is awful. Be sure and set aside a minimum of 30 minutes every time without fail. Seriously what is going on?

Someone needs to notify the male late night pharmacist that it costs absolutely nothing to not be a complete prick. Called to ask if I could mix 2 of my medications after the hospital nurse transferred me to them and was greeted with a piss poor “how dare you call me” attitude. I understand being tired and stressed, I do not understand taking it out on people who have done absolutely nothing wrong.

Visited this pharmacy for my prescription from a late trip to the hospital for an infection and pain. The pharmacist was kind, professional and moved very quick to get me my medications. I was done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Mr pharmacist,

The recent reviews are all correct. This pharmacy is horrendous. Customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking. As a customer of over 20 years, I will never use this pharmacy again. Here are my most recent experiences… There are certain medications that require consultation with the pharmacist. This entails the pharmacist, asking the customer if they have any questions. There is zero information given regardless of the medication which is professional negligence. I watched an elderly person attempt to ask questions about their medication and they were completely blown off by the pharmacist. I’ve seen a first responder asking about a prescription that was not filled for three weeks, met with “ we are out of stock, we don’t know when we’re gonna get it” no empathy or options/advice. There are consistently long lines in the drive-through or in the store. When you walk up to the counter no one acknowledges you, you are expected to wait upwards of 12 minutes. Call wait times are over 15 minutes. Why would one call? To give updated insurance information but when you come to pick up the prescription, none of that information has been entered. Today I had attempted to fill our final prescription that is at this pharmacy and once again had a terrible experience. The way that they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable.There is a far better pharmacy located at the grocery store at 518 and Pearland Parkway.

Beware! Walgreens in general has gone way overboard the pharmacy service is lousy.they could care less if your out of medication and will profile you if they don't like something!best to find another pharmacy that ain't too busy to help you!you are just a number to them here after more than 20 yrs of being a customer I found a better one so FYI don't settle for less!

Just saying... Ya have to do their job for them in the aspect of telling them check their voicemail for and prescriptions called in by a doctor. 3 hours later they check.

Do not use this pharmacy! You will wait for 45 minutes at least for a very basic prescription or Needles. They are always out of needles for my TRT. I’ve never not waited more than 45 minutes! They are so incompetent and scattered.
