I specifically like this location bc of them being 24/7, & they’re always nice.
The pharmacist Ms Linda, super nice lady.
It was late at night, she was the only pharmacy employee, & she still helped me so my medication could be affordable.
I thank her for her patience & kindness.
I don’t usually make a habit of doing long reviews, but Ms Linda deserves the recognition for her hard work.

I don't trust this place to get my package shipped. Had a box dropped off for 4 days and it was still sitting there. I had called multiple times and each person can not give me answer on why it hasn't been shipped off. They keep reassuring me that they'll shipped before the day ends.
There's so many issues with this place regarding the employees. Even when I tried to pick up the package so I can ship it off elsewhere, I'd get a setback. The cashier told me to wait by photos so she can call someone to assist me. Funny thing is she never called anyone. I'm stuck standing over the photo looking at her continue to assist other people. I wasn't even giving anyone trouble, got in line like everyone else just to get brushed off.
Employees are incompetent. I'd stay far away from this place for the foreseeable future.

Ms Linda is very personable and understanding. Ms Linda helped me and walked me through the steps to give the information she needed to get my prescription transferred to this store

This is the worst Walgreens I have visited. They leave you on the phone forever if they even answer. They never order enough medication & always give partial medication on medicine that could have serious affect if not taken. I absolutely hate this Walgreens. They need to take notes from the Walgreens on Kirby.

I have used Walgreens in different locations as we have moved quite a bit, and unfortunately this one is the slowest.

This Walgreens used to be excellent at customer service with pharmacy. Poor customer service, new employees with store manager helping out need to be trained more. They called to tell me my medicine will be ready and it wasn’t. Went to location day after only to be told it wasn’t in the computer and will be ready for pickup in the next hour. Called to check in hour later only to be told it’s now too early to be refilled!!! Very frustrating for the patient. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Walgreens up the road. It’s gone downhill!!

This pharmacy is the only Walgreens who will not tell me if a prescription medication is in stock over the phone. Their staff is not helpful.

Called at 5pm to check the status of my prescription and was told BOTH of my prescriptions would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. Showed up 2 hours later and was told one of prescriptions was out of stock but the main one I really needed that day would take another hour. Showed up again 2 hours later and was told the medication that I NEEDED THAT DAY was actually out of stock. I was just there 2 hours before and was told something completely different. Now I can’t take the medication I needed. Horrible place.

Back in December, my pregnant wife went in for the RSV vaccine for pregnant women and they gave her the wrong vaccine!!! They gave her the one that is for elderly people and is not recommended for pregnant women. Absolutely disgraceful pharmaceutical practices are happening at this Walgreens. I do NOT recommend receiving vaccines at this Walgreens. BE AWARE.

The pharmacy personnel want only TX ID to dispense control med. They don’t recognize and accept Real ID driver license from other state or territory of the USA. The personnel need more education in regard to this.

The pharmacy drive thru is awful. Be sure and set aside a minimum of 30 minutes every time without fail. Seriously what is going on?
