?Just go to CVS! They have Disgusting customer service! Very unprofessional! Lack of knowledge in basic training in the photo and service department! Manager/Tanisha on duty not experienced nor deserves to hold a management title! I ordered a bamboo mounted picture via 1 hour pickup and she was unable to complete order because she admitted not being trained!Erin in the front customer service counter was just as appalling! When I arrived she mentioned that the girl in the back was having difficulties finishing order then I indicated that I had ordered a 1 hour order therefore it should be done, if not they should disable 1 hour pickup up for this location if staffed employees NOT adequately trained! Then she purposely SLOWLY walked to the back to check in my order!Neither of them apologized for the inconvenience but did assure me my photo would be done in the morning! However if I wanted my picture in the morning I would have ordered my picture in the morning!Out of frustration, I accidentally walked out with a small box but immediately walked back into the store to return it, and as I did that both Erin and Tanisha were both laughing! So I guess the joke was on me! So I did address them regarding them finding humor in my frustration for their inability to complete my picture order. So unprofessional!Needless to say I will never return to this location or Walgreens in general. It's always a nightmare at this store! So if your reading this save yourself the headache and head to CVS instead and save some money! Walgreens extremely expensive and never offer coupons/discounts unlike CVS where they constantly offer discounts instantly or at next purchase! And CVS always has great customer service as well!

Had to give a one cause nothing lower. They say you have to make an appointment online for vaccinations. I did arrived prior to appointment time, two people in front of me talking to pharmacist. Mgr came up and the lady said well i guess we will have to go home and make appointment Mgr said no and they go in at my time and I am still waiting 9:30. Pharmacist finally comes up and asks what I am here for. I said the vaccines I Registered for online for 9am today. She the. Said oh did you register online. I said as I said before yes and had a 9am appointment time. But evidently you don’t need appointment times just walk right in. Appointment people be damned. Now 9:40 still waiting.

very frustrating experience trying to get a prescription that i have been taking for a couple of years, it costs me $0 or $10 because the pharmacy applies a coupon. i had someone pick it up for me and they charged him $100 and claimed that a coupon never existed and that they didn’t know what he was talking about. several rude phone calls later with no help, i called another pharmacy and they were able to pull up the coupon immediately and said the prescription would be $10. I wasn’t able to get the name of the woman who was on the phone but she had an attitude when she was talking to me and to the person picking up my medication. he was waiting there for almost an hour and ended up leaving empty handed because they couldn’t figure it out. disappointing that they gave us SO much trouble and wasted our time for something another pharmacy figured out right away

I’ve shopped here more than I should have because it’s the closest store to my house. The terrible service at the pharmacy had me transfer all my prescriptions to Krogers on Cullen (which I highly recommend for amazing service) months ago. I still shopped the rest of the store since it’s close and they have a really good rewards program. For the last two months the rewards offered digitally through the app haven’t all been working.when you bring up that you’re having trouble the lady is a total jerk, clearly irritated that she has to do anything since there’s never anyone in the store. Don’t give people money to treat you terribly (unless you’re into that, I don’t judge). Just drive in down to literally anywhere else, you have too many options.

They must have a new associate Monisha Ray the last few times I’ve been here she has been expectional, always taking that extra step to help customers. Multitasking attending varies customers and quick service. We need more like her at this store and every other store. Awesome work girl you are my employee of the month!!!

Chia/Shaya (not sure of correct spelling), the female pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending to patients. For this reason, I drive further to different Walgreens so that I don’t have to interact with her. The male pharmacists often apologizes on her behalf and has never give me any issues on medication fills or refills. He has been wonderful and kind.Chia is unprofessional, oversteps her title and duties and will treat an acute pain patient as if they are drug seeking. She even once gave unsolicited “advice” about how she’s “never needed pain medication before”. This was humiliating and uncalled for.I do hope Walgreens looks in to her unprofessionalism and either finds her a position more suited for NOT dealing with patients and the public or admonishing this behavior and making sure she treats people with care and professionalism. Her remarks are offensive, embarrassing and needs to be addressed

Every time I come to this pharmacy it’s a 20-30min wait time to even get helped. VERY unprofessional. Came through the drive through in the second lane waited 20 min and the car in the first lane was attended too first. Even though I was sitting there first with no other cars for 20 min. When I finally received helped I made it very known (politely) what happened I received a simple and very blunt “Did you call” which I replied to with a yes and her response “I’m sorry”. Once I received my medications the pharmacy tech didn’t even bother to give a simple thank you or have a nice day. Please avoid the trouble of coming here to fill your prescriptions. Each visit gets worse.

I waited almost a hour to get my prescription in the drive through. I decided to go in the far right lane. I sat there and watched as everyone in the left lane got serviced. if y’all are so understaffed, don’t have both lanes open! I will never, ever fill my prescription here again.

If 0 star is an option, I will use that. Close way early compared to other Walgreens, price is higher than other pharmacy. Don't support GoodRx price , and lazy to find one will work for you. Will never use it again

Come to this Walgreens location if you never want your pictures printed on time. I’ve never had an issue with any other Walgreens except for this location. 3 times I’ve tried printing here and they’re NEVER ready. The first time I got an email stating myPhoto was ready and when I arrived it wasn’t printed yet so I had to wait. The second time was yesterday and I never received an email saying my photo was ready so I went up there an hour later and the lady never even printed them. Played it off and said “Oh where did all of these come from” . Third time was today i go to pick up my poster and get told the lady that’s supposed to handle pictures didn’t come in that day. So NO ONE ELSE but that ONE Lady knows how to print a picture? Didn’t even try to help me or let me know when she will be back. Just sent me on my way. I will never print pictures here again. I will go elsewhere to another Walgreens location. I guess cause they don’t make you pay before hand they don’t care about getting you your pictures.

The reviewers are right, this pharmacy has horrible customer service! Yesterday I picked up medicine at the drive-thru. This employee looked out the window, saw me waiting in my car, and began to clean the counter without saying anything. Minutes went by and I pressed the call button. She finally said with a snarky voice "I'll be with you in a moment."

The pharmacy staff are ALL unprofessional. They keep attitudes and just don’t know how to talk to customers. The other major issue is all of a sudden they rarely have the medication that’s needed. Always, we’ve run out of this or that and you’ll have to wait until days later. No empathy or suggestions to transfer your prescription to a closer Walgreens.Someone needs to start over with staffing because this location was not like this.
