I always receive excellent service at this Walgreens in Pearland, Texas. I pass by two other Walgreens just to come to this location because the experience is consistently outstanding. Melissa in the store always greets me warmly when I walk in, and Michele in the pharmacy provides exceptional service every time. The staff here truly make a difference. I highly recommend this Walgreens. Thank you!

The store is clean and stocked . Customer service is respectful and friendly. The pharmacy needs a little more help and organization, but they are managing to get the job done.

Terrible experience! I was told I would receive a text message alert when the prescription would be ready that never came. I returned after an hour as instructed and was given the wrong prescription. I called back and was hung up on. Awful experience!

Very weird pharmacy. Over the past couple months we've had two instances of them making the executive decision to not fulfill a prescription order. You will get an in progress update and then silence. When you go to check the status it's just gone.
You then have to go in or call to find out why they opted to not fill it.
It feels like they have a pharmacist drastically operating outside of their role or thinking they know better than your Physicians office who ordered the prescription.

Every single time without fail it takes 30 + minutes to pick up a prescription in this drive thru line.
They don’t work on both lanes at once , just one lane at a time so what’s the point in having two lanes.
When I’ve gone inside to skip the drive thru line multiple pharmacy techs are standing around while you have one tech working the window.
I don’t understand how this is acceptable. Being busy is one thing but when I go into the drive thru line and no other cars are there it shouldn’t tank 15 mins to get my medicine .

I scheduled an appointment for a COVID vaccine, I got to my appointment and was told they did not have the vaccine available. Instead of calling me beforehand, you wasted my time.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars I would. Constant long wait times and rude and careless staff. The wait times could be alleviated if the staff would simply acknowledge customers in a productive manner vs a grudging “be with you shortly” that is aimlessly directed. This location would greatly benefit from new management or to be shut down completely. It’s horrible that the most convenient location to shop or pick up medication is just about the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. I don’t have any more patience left with this location. The community deserves much better.

Would rather give 0. My doctor sent over medication, pharmacy just filed it on my profile instead of filling it. Tried several days to reach them over the phone, but nobody answers. I finally got through to a store manager whom I threatened to call the corporate number. Then, I was told a nearby store had it, but refused to send it to my store for pickup. I'm disabled. I didn't have time for these games. You know who does have it, Kroger across the street, and I'm going to go pick it up now. Just use Kroger. They are nicer and can answer the phone without being threatened to call a superior.

Normally great service at this location but it appears they are now allowing people to wait in the drive through lane while there prescription is being filled bocking service to others. Both lanes were blocked by a car for at least 15 minutes before the left car finally left with 4 cars behind it and about 9 cars total in drive through lanes. Finally gave up on the drive through, parked and went inside where there was no line, picked up prescription and drove back around to see the same car still blocking the right lane. I know I have been asked in the past to go around if a prescription was not filled. So much for quick drive through service. Unbelievable.

My doctor accidentally sent my prescription to this Walgreens instead of the Walmart pharmacy we listed. TERRIBLE experience. It took so long to even fill my prescriptions, then when I chose to have it delivered, it just never came. The employees never did their job to actual send the prescription for me, even though it was ordered to be sent way earlier that day. My spouse ended up having to go get it for me right before they closed because it was urgent that I have these medications, as I was very ill. They waited terribly long in line, then finally was able to pick it up. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
