Showed up at 7:30 just to find the garage doors closed. The department is supposed to open at 7. I called an got an answer was told there’s only one person, he don’t know what he’s doing. That was the resolution to my problem. I waited a little longer than went to the door and seen an employee. He stated he couldn’t open the door because no one came and disabled the alarm. Next a manager came out. I told her I needed my battery tested. She told me someone can test my battery but I can’t get service until 9:30. I asked why do the website say they open at 7:00 then. Her response they don’t control who shows up for work. Employee came out to check my battery. He had mustard in his beard. Acourse he didn’t want to check the battery he just wanted to tell me it’s bad. I asked him to do his job. My battery needs to be replaced. He then close my hood with no power or effort what so ever, so I then had to get out and close it myself. Now I’m on my way to Autozone because I bet you I want be paying for this type of service

Got my tires replaced. Not only did they refuse to rotate them claiming company policy won't allow it cause I needed all for tires replaced.... okay whatever.My issue was I had 4 different tires pressures when we left. That's not cool andand it would have taken 10 minutes to fix.The other 2 will have tread. I think it was just plain laziness.

Good service for affordable prices. Tires oil change battery change is very much affordable. Wish they had wheel alignment.

Lazy. I called to ask if they could work on a tire at 5:30 only to show up fifteen minutes later and be told they’re not working on tires. First he said they can’t repair it and when I asked if they had the tire to replace it of course it wasn’t available. Hope you get the karma you deserve.

I had an easy time ordering tires and scheduling an appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that installations were no longer being held. I then presented my appointment to the gentleman, and he told me the tire guy was on break and it would be a couple of hours and that I should come back the next day because they would be closed. I then rescheduled my appointment for the weekend when I was free again. When I arrived, I was told there was 3+ cars ahead of me. Again, I have an appointment. I left to return the next day, the manager was helpful and got me in and I unfortunately ran into another issue that was not Walmart's fault. This resulted in me having to leave with my new tires in my vehicle. I then called back after solving my issue to set an appointment to avoid wait times and the previous problems. I explained my situation and was pointed to do so online. While on the phone I noticed that online you have no way to set an appointment without buying tires first. I had already bought my tires.In short Walmart is a good place to get cheap tires but go to discount for better service and installation at just $4 more per tire. Faster service and better people.

Poor customer service , they will drive you to go to other Walmart because they have no time for customers. They are busy with something else. I bought my tires with lifetime balance and rotation with them. They told me to go to other Walmart because they don’t do under warranty tires. Poor Service. They just ignore you .

Service would definitely have been a 5 ⭐ if only I wasn't left sitting for an additional 30+ minutes. I purchased all new tires. Made an appointment, drove up, got my instructions on the process. And I guess I was forgotten. If I hadn't looked out and seen my car under a tree no longer being serviced. I would have spent my whole day waiting.

Arrived an hour after their open time and was told to return later for a tire repair. Arrived hours later for them to still be closed. Called hours after and was told to come by just to be told sorry no tire repairs today after arriving.Service: Auto tire replacement

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Every single time I’ve attempted to contact these bozos, no one can ever seem to answer the phone. Claims to open at 7:30 yet you call at 7:50 and multiple times and no one can be bothered to answer. Just because it’s Walmart doesn’t mean you don’t have to give your best. Judging by the reviews I’d say if the manager was worth a dang they would definitely be cleaning house! Zero stars and a million thumbs down, thanks for NOTHING.

Just go to Sam's Club O'Reilly's or AutoZone this particular Auto Care center was not friendly and the manager who we waited on for 10 minutes to assist us with our battery issue, she was argumentative I would say rude but she tried to comeback and change the attitude... Instead of agreeing that the battery was probably bad or old or defective she explained their batteries sell every day and they don't stay stocked on the shelves then proceeded to acted as if we didn't buy the battery (purchase) there. I love Walmart but that particular staff member and or manager needs to go back and receive some customer service training.

Desperately needing a new car battery, I called in advance to make sure they'd be open for 7pm. I pull up to the auto center at 6:39pm, and they're already closed. -Calling after I see the garages are closed, and nobody answers. Please fix this issue. I'm now put into a situation. I understand this isn't the only auto care center on the block, but with my budget, this was the most convenient. *Sigh*

Called this location to receive a quote from the auto service department. Associate hung up on me then I called back 4 more times and they hung up the phone each time. Baked deli and pharmacy to be reconnected they did my have the ability to connect me to automotive shop. Horrible motor center service. I recommend you all look for another place to get your car medical.

The guys did a great job describing what they needed to do to complete the job and the costs involved. Dropped it off and it was ready as I was told. No problems at all after the repairs.
