Always the same issue. Prescription could've been sent to them days ago, its either not ready for pick up, or they don't have the medication. They'll tell you come back in 15, come back in 30 and yet still not ready (and get annoyed you ask).

It took me 40 minutes to get a covid booster. I had an 11:00 appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early. All other places that me or family received a covid vaccine took 5 minutes or less.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. The staff and pharmacist is incompetent. My insurance told me I was not supposed to be paying for the medication I picked up because it's covered 100% I went to this pharmacy two other times and did not pay for the exact same medication. Then today I go and they say I have a fee. They made a mistake and refuse the fix it. They can't explain why I didn't pay the last two times at their store for exact same medication. They just say nothing changed and they "don't know". What is "I don't know". They tell me to call my insurance and I told them I already did but they repeat themselves saying for me to call my insurance. One girl got a attitude and snapped at me because I told her she keeps telling me to call my insurance and I already did. Then the pharmacist comes over and tells me the same thing. No one wants to call my insurance to see the discrepancy. I will never go back to this pharmacy. I heard things from people like the pharmacist flirting with them and asking for his phone number and he kept ignoring her asking about his vaccine. I didn't believe him because I just thought I he was trying to look like a pharmacist wanted him. I thought a pharmacist would not be flirting with a guy with no job or insurance. I see he is right. It's no class at this pharmacy. It's ghetto!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They called me yesterday to tell me my prescription was ready, I said okay I’ll be there tomorrow. They called me again today and was rude as ever. Telling me I need to come get it today, that it’s been there for a week even though I was only notified the day before. Then I get here a few hours later and my prescription was pulled back. I asked how long because i need it and she snapped at me saying half a hour. So sitting here waiting for half a hour to finally get it. The absolute rudest people work here.

I came here with my 8 yr old daughter to get her meds that the dr sent over. They told me it would be ready in 30 mins.. so I wander around Walmart for 45 mins never receive a call or txt.. I go back for the meds and they say "oh we don't have this in stock" and of corse I ask why didn't y'all tell me that when I first came to pick it up? And she said "oh we can't tell if we have stuff in stock or not" and I'm confused like well shouldn't y'all have some time of process before you make someone wait for nothing? And they just gave me excuses, and didnt apologize or seem bothered at all.. mean while I'm daughters crying in pain and had to be drug around the store for 45 mins. They could have call or txt me to let me know but no they gave excuses for that as well. Very frustrating.

I have never had any problem with the quality or timeliness of this pharmacy. My wife and have also used their immunization services.

No major concerns or issues with service. Sometimes it can be a wait so it is nice that they have benches is the area for you to sit on while you wait.

Horrible customer service. I called and was on hold for 25 min. before anyone would help me. I had to hang up and call back before I could reach anyone. The young lady who answered the phone did not apologize or seem to care at all that I was on hold for so long. Joseph, the Pharmacist, was very nice though once I was able to get through. Avoid using this pharmacy if at all possible.
