Would NOT recommend using Grocery Pickup at this store. They don't ask what space number your parked in and loaded my groceries into wrong car.

Just when I didn't think this Walmart could get worse, it does.Came in today to get some makeup (I don't wear the $40 brands at Ulta), only to discover that THE WHOLE MAKEUP SECTION IS NOW LOCKED UP. I spent 5 minutes hunting down a worker... only she didn't speak English, nor could help me. She then searches for someone to help me another 5-10 minutes. By now, there are about 4-5 women in need of help in the cosmetics. Finally a worker comes to help us. One of the other ladies took the liberty to have the guy help her first (nbd right???). The worker then asks me what I needed because he needs to WALK THE STUFF UP TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE. So as all 3 of us walk to the front, the ladies still waiting start YELLING, "HEY! We still need help too!!!" And he replies, "I need to bring this stuff up front and I'll be back."Needless to say, it was a 20+ minute odyssey to get $10 worth of makeup. Not worth the hassle. I'll find somewhere else to get my cosmetics. This is a joke. I'm disgusted that thieves have to STEAL sh*t from Walmart resulting in locking up items, causing a headache for honest hard working people.I HATE coming to this Walmart

Hello Walmart. I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years. For the past 12 years I have exclusively shopped Pearland Walmarts for all my groceries, school supplies and much more. I have a family of six and we are shopping once to twice a week!I purchased a Fitbit for my 85 year old mother for her birthday in August. The purchase date on the receipt was July 29, 2023 for $108.25. I drove to see her and celebrate her birthday but for reasons I won't get into here, she was unable to open or keep her gift. I returned to Pearland after her birthday with the Fitbit and attempted to return the unopened purchase. Unfortunately, I was TWO days late of the 30 day "window" and the employee would not return my purchase. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was extremely cold and unbending on the return date. Unfortunately I did not get her name but it was the Pearland Walmart on 10505 Broadway. I was in the store about 8:00 pm. Had I returned the item on Thursday rather than Saturday there would not have been a problem.I am extremely disappointed in your Pearland employee/manager. I am not sure if she had dealt with bad customers today but she definitely left THIS customer not wanting to return back to Walmart ever again. I am hoping by reaching out to you about this that you can understand my frustration and make this right. I feel that customer service is the key to your store in this community but I certainly did not experience that tonight!I would be happy to talk to someone in order to return my product. You can contact me at anytime. I sent email to customer service with NO RESPONSE.

This review is for Walmart Vision center. Why is it so hard to find good customer service. Staff interaction was not polite, friendly, no smile. Communication was unpleasant and hostile at times. They make a mistake making my glasses, instead of trying to make it right for the customer. They instructed me to wait for 6-8 weeks for unnecessary paperwork. Then come back and reprocess the order and wait another 2 weeks to remake the glasses. What is this world coming to!!!

Screw Walmart and specifically this location. This is directed at the old bitchy lady with the gray hair who locks the doors down 15 minutes early before closing. I hate you.

I have brought to the managers attention in numerous occasions, the safety concerns I've had about the women's bathroom baby changing station. My first born was a few months old when I first voiced my concerns. He is now 10 years old but this is still the current deplorable state of the changing station. I'd hate to have an emergency and have to use this bathroom to change a diaper.

The dangers of Walmart. So where can I begin with this.... First Im the first clip of the women she was fiddling w a box cutter in her back pocket because I told her "I'm not leaving until I'm given what deserve for you guys stealing from my pockets!!! I am so unhappy with my experience with Walmart. I went to Walmart to get something simple came across the PS5 controller, I've been waiting for one because you cannot find them. So I bought it. First thing I did when I got home was open it up because I was so excited to use it because I have the XBOX version of this controller. So I opened it and it was 2 packets or ramen noodles. Number one why did you not check the box when some returned it. I video recorded after I had open it and seen it had RAMEN NOODLES INSIDE !!! why did I do this because I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE!!!!!!! And I am absolutely tired of the horrible costumer service. They are very uneducated. I went to return it and it was nothing but disrespectful, rude, unkind, and didn't want to even listen to me. It's not even fair I couldn't even get in a word she just told me "No" we don't take returns. I don't need a return I want $200 worth of stuff or I want another controller. It's not about the MOMEY I WANTED THE CONTROLLER...............!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I want everyone to avoid going to WALMART. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE THEIFS I have never experienced anything like this before. it seem Walmart isn't doing their job. I know a lot of you have experienced this with.

It's around 9 am. Mind you I came the day before and it was packed later in the day. The guy did not come to my car until at least 10 - 15 minutes later. He slew foot slow walks to my car lacking any type of urgency. "It's going to be a 2 hour wait." So dry and unconcern in his communication. I asked,"Why so long." He tells me that's just what it is. I initially said I'd wait. He slew foot walks to pull up one of the three cars in front of me and goes to the next car. I'm not sure if he was the only one working or not but the laissez-faire disposition is horrible yet acceptable for this location. However, not for me and my money! They really deserve zero.

This place is a shit hole!! They treat their employees like their 2nd class citizens!! ( I saw it in-front of my own eyes) Management/Supervisors sit back and criticize their own teammates based on performance!! It's a if your on my team I'll look out for u mentality. These aren't QUALITY people u hire!!! Or promote to lead!!! Get your fingers out of your ass!! and watch your cameras!!!

Lines here, lines there, lines everywhere. Today even the self checkout lines had about 7 people a piece in waiting. It really looked like every register should have been opened, however they were not. I only grabbed coconut water and a couple of filters, nevertheless the wait was on. At least beautiful one or two year old politely in a loud enough voice hit me with big "Hi" that of course was rewarded with the biggest smile, I could and provided the distraction from the wait. Until, the next one, Bye-Bye

Always out of water ! Nice variety for kid necessities. Lines aren't as long. Self check out moves fast.
