We walked in without an appointment and the teller Dianne went out of her way to find a banker. Advisable to schedule an appointment cause all bankers were working with their appointments. With the banker Rebecca - she managed to accommodate us and we were able to accomplish our business and she is very thorough, very pleasant, professional, and clear with all the information required. Highly recommended if you need banking service and look for Rebecca.

Customer service is fine but I can't understand why they are always short on staff. Always a long line and long wait. Unlike the other banks down the street that have so many more tellers. Luckily I have multiple bank accounts just in case when I walk in and see a long line and one teller, I leave.

Truly, a disappointing moment, as I Stopped here on Saturday before attending an event and felt really let down having to spend nearly 30 mins in line and seeing that there was only one person working the drive through. Wells Fargo is my bank of choice however on this visit it was very disappointing. I also have to make note of the new send and received machines that they have had install, my problem with this I could not make out what the teller was saying, please check the speakers. Until, the next one, Bye-Bye!

Really depends on what you need to get done. Tellers are amazing, friendly and quick! Today I needed to close out and open new accounts and the person assisting me was ridiculously slow and took FOREVER. I scheduled an appointment and had to take time off of work for this and it took an HOUR just to open one savings account and reassign one checking account. Even more annoying- they weren't even available to help when when I arrived for my scheduled appointment! THEN was told that they couldn't even verify that the checking was connected to the other accounts and that I'd have to COME BACK ANOTHER DAY or call customer service in order to verify the information. Sadly, I DO NOT recommend this branch.

I walked into this location to speak to the bank about there promotional offers. There was a line at the teller line but I was looking to speak to a banker. I sat down in the waiting area and there was a Sign In table with no sign in sheet, the clipboard was empty. I sat waiting to get acknowledged or for someone to atleast say they would be with me, nothing. It has now been 27 minutes and it seems to me they aren't interested in new business. Don't waste your time trying to get any help at this location.

Thank you Ms. Candy and Ms. Felisha! Im from out of town and this center just went above and beyond for me! I am extremely grateful! Not only did they go above and beyond by allowing me to come in, I was late! However, they did take me and also take my daughter too! I'm not sure why they have a low rating, this location is super caring and efficient. Thank you Ladies!

Quick and conveniently located. This location is adjacent to a McDonald's and other retail stores, so it can get a little crowded in terms of traffic. However, the drive-thru service is standard waiting time with 2 ATMs for those who just need a quick withdrawal. Tellers are very helpful and friendly.

So slow. Every time I come here I'm waiting 30 min at minimum. Seems likes it's only 1 teller working the drive thru.
