“I had a satisfactory experience at this store. The car was listing towards the left before I dropped it in. I went in for Tire Rotation (did not make an appointment). I was told that it would take about 45 minutes. I used that time to get some errands (within walking distance) done. The vehicle was ready within the promised time. As I was driving back, I noticed that the car was still listing towards the left. I called in and since it was past their work hours, I left a voicemail mentioning that I had told them that I wanted to address the listing issue but it's still there. I got a call back the next day morning from Chris. I was surprised that they actually called me back. Anyway, he said that if I brought in the vehicle he can check the tire pressure for me. The weather was quite cold on those two days so that may have affected the residual pressure in the tires causing an unbalance. Chris checked the tires for me and one of them was indeed lower in pressure. He suggested that I get a wheel alignment done; I had not done that in more than a year. They did not have the capability to do that but he gave me a coupon for the Mieneke store down the road.Update - The car's wheel alignment was indeed way off and that took care of most of the listing issue. It slightly persists but I think now I may have to address something more than Tire Rotation and Alignment.”
