If I could leave a zero, I would. A company so bad it had to change its name from Comcast still lives up to its reputation. I moved, changed service, had nothing but terrible service, four tech visits, which were not supposed to be charged to me. Oh, surprise, surprise, two of them were.
After an endless circle of terrible and impossible to speak to a human customer service, they dropped one charge and refused to drop the other, outright lying to me about what the charge was for.
Absolutely the worst.

Nothing but kids work here, the only guy that's good with customer service is bombarded with calls and working hard at his desk in the back..
The kids are just highschoolers who just talk about school with eachother and don't typically acknowledge you. The kids were no help and are anxiety ridden which rubs off as an awkward social connection. Going to the one on bay area blvd to get help lol

I only used Xfinity for internet. It was very fast and reliable, that never changed. I set it up to where they would take the funds from my bank account automatically. It wasn't very long and they ( Xfinity ) would send me a text ,telling me my balance was in the $90's, but I had to pay $40 in order to keep the internet. This went on for several months. It pissed me off because Xfinity started off taking the money I owed them, everything worked great. Then Xfinity would say I owed $90 something but I had to pay $40 immediately in order to keep the internet on. I tried numerous times to talk to a human but never could. I even went to the local Xfinity store, that didn't matter , I was told I couldn't help me. So I decided to stop using Xfinity. Their service is excellent but their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I would not recommend Xfinity to anyone.

Alesia and Elizabeth at Xfinity in Pearland are great! They were incredibly patient, and friendly. Their kindness and willingness to help stood out, and it’s clear they go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. If you’re in Pearland and need assistance from Xfinity, I highly recommend working with them—top-notch service!

I visited the store to ask questions about adding to my account. When I left I had signed nothing 12 hours later I got a message my bill had gone up but I called Xfinity they got it straightened out. My advice be careful prepared.

WORST customer experience EVER! Some workers said they don’t know what they’re doing and just stand around. They manipulated me so they can get off work. Rude and unprofessional. Wasted my time and money. Def corporate office needs to look into this location. Workers are very unprofessional

Horrible experience! Employee and store manager, Carlos, were both less than helpful and phone call to Xfinity confirmed that they should have honored my offer in the app for accessories. The store manager stated he was unable to give me his supervisors name or number to resolve my issue with this store. Just an overall poor experience! This is just a branded store not an actual Xfinity store so don’t expect all of the same services and options here…even though the Xfinity app points you here and you can’t call directly to clarify any of this information. Pitiful waste of time. Zero star worthiness.
