We are currently locked into a home internet contract with Xfinity out of this store. Customer service via phone, email, or anything else is non-existent, so if you have problems good luck! If you go into the store to try to resolve anything they just tell you to use the useless app.
My wife works from home and the internet goes out once per day. ONCE PER DAY!! After endless trouble shooting it continues.
We also have the internet box like for multiple users in the neighborhood in our yard. Since we move in, the box is busted wide open. All of the doors have fallen off and everything is exposed to the elements. Maybe that is a contributing factor to the crappy internet service? We will probably never know because it will probably never be fixed. I have put in at least 10 requests to have it fixed, I think at this point they just trash the requests. The one technician that came out to look at it said it wasn't his job and he would put in a request to have someone come out. That was a year ago.
We are counting down until we can get out of our contract. DO NOT USE THIS HOME INTERNET, pay a few bucks extra to go with another company....

Terrible experience! Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in to simply return my modem and was greeted by the young lady with the mustache, big gold earrings and
Excessive gold rings (GeeG). What started off as pleasant quickly escalated. I simply ask questions regarding my last bill and she gave me the nastiest attitude and run around when she simply could have informed me there was an adjustment on their behalf that needed to be done. If you visit this location avoid this rude lady at all cost.

This the slowest store I’ve ever been too nobody was in the store only one guy in front of me everybody else was already getting assistance when I walked in, so why does it take all day to help customers all I was doing was returning equipment I shouldn’t have to wait 1 hr on a person to get a phone and look up prices etc. ALL I WAS DOING WAS RETURNING EQUIPMENT!!!!!!

The employees here are great, they do what they can. However, their phone protection plans are an absolute joke. Just get apple care if iphone or buy your protection directly from the manufacturer of the device.

Terrible feeling . Tried to get a new phone and line with them bc I already have my stupid internet with them (unfortunately ).Had me wait in lobby for 20 mins. He scanned my ID then told me their internet was down and I had to go online to get a new phone and line. Everybody else was being helped just fine. I literally got turned away.So I went to AT&T and got way better service than this place!And it was on my birthday! I was so upset.
