All good, only the wifi does not have security certificates, so the internet connection is not convenient. And if you need a couple of extra towels, the ones they provide are bigger.

There were BEDBUGS! My mom got bit on her body, and she has a severe allergic reaction, which she ended up in the hospital once we got back to Houston after we checked out as fast as we could. I’ve included a bedbug that was crawling on her bed the morning of check out.
Rooms: Bed bug infestation

Do not waste your money. Room was dirty. Wasn't vacuumed or swept. Walls dirty. Hair in bed. Trash on the floor. Dirty, stained chair (would not sit in). Empty ziplock box and Prego jar in closet. Fridge dirty. Lots of dead crickets in room and bathroom. If you expect a pool, don't. It's closed and does not look to be open anytime soon. They seem to be letting it go. I could go on, but you get the picture. Not up to my usual expectations for paying $125 a night but it's done. Normally I read reviews first. Mistake was seeing the name Wyndham. Not the standards I would expect for them. Will not be going back. Can't believe the owners would let the place be like that. Especially after the reviews I just seen and many are similar to mine.
Rooms: Unclean, hair on sheet, some pillows had no pillow cases.

We decided to shell out a few more bucks to stay at a hotel with a pool and close to my mother's house in Pearsall... Boy, we're we all disappointed. Imagine driving 6 hours and have your kids super excited to relax and play in the pool only to discover it full of garbage and stray kittens. Oh well, at least the rooms will be decent... WRONG. Prepare to walk back into the early 2000s. The carpet was disgusting and stained, the whole room smelled like cigarettes, the curtains were gross, the whole damn room was gross! Not to mention the chair in the room which was covered in blood stains and other questionable substances. This whole place is a no-go in my book. If the rooms going to suck at least have a pool, which the place across the street certainly does.

The room was clean and comfortable. Yes, some of the furniture is outdated and the room could use some updating. The air conditioning worked awesome. The water in the shower was nice and hot and the price was reasonable. The staff was quick and friendly when I checked in and it was nice and quiet

Loved my room!!!(King/Jacuzzi) Clean, refrigerator actually worked!!!! Bathroom had a very large walk-in shower, too.Breakfast had hot options available, as well as an assortment of pastries, cereals, waffles muffins .....However, SERVICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!I was traveling in from out of town and would be arriving early. I'm talking hours, here. I called in and let the wonderful young man who answered the phone know about my situation. Not only did he say that he would give housekeeping a heads up and try to prepare my room early for check in, he called me back 30 minutes later and told me my room was ready. He also checked me in, and he was fantastic at the front desk as well, and this can be said for all other employees I came in contact with. There wasn't one person I saw that did not have a smile on their face when greeting a guest.Excellent job, everyone!!!!!

Good hotel to stay at when passing through. Double room = 2 king size beds. Breakfast included, typical coffee, juice,, milk, tea, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, etc... I always ask for an inside room ( door accessed from inside the building hallway) for added safety. They have exterior rooms where the door is accessed from outside. Handicap accessible rooms are available.Rooms: Rooms are big. A double room = 2 king size beds. Restrooms are decently clean, stocked with clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. They have handicapped access rooms/restrooms. Room I stayed in has TV, phone, microwave, small fridge, single coffee maker with cups, coffee, tea.

Rooms are dirty. The chair in my room has blood stains on it. A coworker has video of roaches in his room. Would not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely awful, don’t stay here. The rooms are old, furniture is covered in stains. The front desk person said it was his first day at work. He put me in the downstairs outside room. I was alone, traveling for work. I asked him to change the room to be inside the hotel where it’s safer. Literally anyone can come up to my door from the outside. He refused, stating he did not have any inside rooms. A few min later I went back to the front desk to ask a question and saw a man checking in. He was checked into an inside room. Terrible and they are going to lose my company’s business after the way they treated me.Rooms: Dirty and unkempt, scarySafety: I did not feel safe at this hotel

We checked late on 6/17/2023. They gave us room 126. Roach infested. Sitting chairs deplorable. Foul odor. They move us to 222. Sitting chair was extremely dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush. The tile floors were dirty. It took over 4 hours for the room to cool down. The receptionist was courteous and professional. The 2nd floor ice machine didn't work. No water in pool. The stairways were dirty and lacked maintenance. I do not recommend this place. It's a dump and gives Wyndham a bad name.
