Sat outside waiting for someone to show up for check in. After the lady showed up gave attitude because she here 24-7. Said if I didn't want to stay I could go else where and they could refund my money. Nice to know customer service is no longer a practice in business. If you can spare the extra 5 bucks go across the street. No need to deal with the bottom if the barrel service at this place. Good thing I'm only here for 1 night visiting family.
Noteworthy details: None at all. Won't let you post with less then 3 stars.

Nice little family run basic place. Clean rooms and basics. Everything we needed for this stay.
Pool not in service currently. Breakfast not available during our visit, but expected back in service soon.
Walkability: Pleasant wander across the street to HEB.

The good- the parking lot is well lit, it was quiet, and the beds are comfy.The bad- the room is terribly dirty and disgusting. We got in late and exhausted at almost 3am, when we first walked in we noticed the first bed had a ponytail laying on it and a stain on the bedding. The second bed looked clean and it was late so we went to bed. The next morning we noticed toenails and dead bugs on the floor, dirty water and hair in the ice bucket, bobby pins on the floor, thick dust on the tv and lamps, smudges on the mirror and door. It’s impossible that the room was cleaned besides maybe changing one set of sheets and taking out the trash. The worst Iv ever seen.

The manager is kind and we were left without a place to stay due to another hotel canceling our reservation but it was just a "good" stay rather than great. There is not a breakfast as advertised online. If you just need a place to sleep this place will work.

Poor, they came to my room and asked if I would like to stay another night. I asked if I can have a late check out the following day. I was told yes by the lady who came to my door. They day I was supposed to check out the guy from the desk came and asked if I was leaving or paying for another night. I told him the lady yesterday said I can have a late check out. He said no I had to pay another night because I extended the check out time. After arguing about what the lady told me. I went online to book the room again. Online was $40. When I went to the window he said no the online is wrong that I had to pay $52 to stay. Smh worst service ever. Will never stay here again and neither will any co workers as we all stay in rooms due to work. They were very rude! Across the street at oyo they let us pay $40 and late check outs up to 5pm

THE BED HAD COCKROACHES, THE CARPET HAD TICKS, ETC.IT'S THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN, I LEFT THERE AND TRIED TO RETURN MY MONEY AND THE WORST EMPLOYEE YOU CAN IMAGINE DIDN'T ACCEPT AND WAS EVEN ANNOYED (LIKE IT HAPPENS TO THEM OFTEN).I RATHER LOSE THAT MONEY THAN STAY IN THAT PLACE. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE...
