Shipped a letter to my mother with money in it to help her out. When she got the letter only the written note was in there and the money that I put in a seperate Sandwhich bag inside the letter was gone. I have receipts and everything this is ridiculous and shameful.

The sign on the door says closes at 6:30. I went at 6:20 and the doors were locked.
